I made an order with Harvey Norman back…
I made an order with Harvey Norman back in January it was for a diji creator camera as a present and it never arrived but was marked as delivered so I had to go buy a new one elsewhere in a different store
Then I filled a form with Harvey on 21st of January declaring that I never received my package and then they never got back to me after it saying 24 hours will be in touch it’s now been 2 months
I got a call off use but I think it’s a mix up

Click & Collect - long wait times!
I went to collect an item that was ready for pick up. There was a huge que with only one lady on the checkout with no help. She had to take new sales, go and fetch click and collect orders from the storeroom, take returns and take questions on products, poor lady was doing her best, she should have not been expected to do all of these tasks with so many customers waiting in line! A 5min trip to the store cost me 47mins!
Harvey Norman, do better and treat your staff better!

The click and collect process was very straightforward. I parked in the designated collection zone, and staff members promptly brought my items and assisted me in loading them into my car. The service was exceptionally quick from beginning to end.
