I'm in the filter club and have 2 of them ship at a time. My ship time came up and I was notified that they shipped, but they actually had not shipped. It took me over a week to get ahold of anyone to find out what was happening. Finally I was told you were out of stock and they would ship in approximately 2-3 weeks. Finally they did ship. I have had about 3 or 4 shipments from this "club" and not one of them have gone smooth. I will give you one more chance and if the next one is screwed up, I'll find another place to buy them.

The ordering process is intuitive and easy. All deliveries on filters as promised. And of course an excellent product.

Not happy about the order being two weeks late and having to reach out to your team to realize the order hadn't even been setup through your system.

The filter was packaged well for protection of the filter and it came surprisingly quickly.

Best air purifier for our 1200sq.ft. great room. No allergy sneezing or wheezing no matter the season and it’s so quiet we forget that it’s even on. Great for eliminating kitchen smells too (especially fish)! Subscribing for new filters makes our clean air experience cheaper and easier to stay up to date.

I communicated via email and the response was quick, offered options and answered my question.

Felix was very helpful, but we did have trouble getting my refund for the wrong filter I received. I’m not sure why he needed a tracking number to refund my money. I think I finally found the correct tracking number for him, so I hope it is settled now, and that I will get my refund.
