Get your supply chain sorted! I waited over a month to get my filters due to your supply chain problems. Market is back to normal so this means you have a management problem.

Filters do what they’re supposed to and the purifier works perfectly. Easy to use and clean. Very satisfied.

My Hathaspace Air Filter was delivered quickly. I can always depend on Hathaspace when it comes to having a favorable delivery experience.

Well I ordered the wrong filter and ordered two of them. When I reviewed them I send an email about filters being wrong and never got a return email nothing... So I had to order the correct Hepa filter and the problem is that the sticker in my air purifier is what's wrong. So the manufacturer put the wrong URL code in the model Air Purifier I have.

Love the Hathaspace HEPA air filter. Very easy to use and maintain.

Order placed on 9/14. States 3-5 day delivery. Today makes 2 weeks and still no filter.

Have the 003 model my husband purchased without consulting me and I couldn't be more disappointed in this unit and I'm being nice. The filters are a ridiculous amount of money for not even being CLOSE to worth it. If it were a 3 or 4 stage filter, then maybe. Where we live, these "TWO" filters, that don't HAVE an alternative option, do not last even close to 4 months. I think we're sitting at 2 months, with me constantly cleaning what's just a shield and NOT pre filter... waste... of... money. I repeat and you better post this for others to see. We can get a 4 stage HEPA, WITH washable/cleanable PRE filter, for under $200 and even TWO entire units for well under $250 that do more, who's filters won't break the bank. So disappointed this was bought behind my back because it's junk. In a house with carpet? Junk. A fancy open space with tile or wood floors, sure but MAYBE you should put a side note in your item description that it's "NOT SUITABLE FOR A HOUSE WITH CARPET AND NO PETS." Just an absolute HONEST suggestion. You have to share the "negative" reviews with the goods one, yes? Yes. You sure do.

I used my own air purifier when I moved into a toxic smoky space for three months to take care of a family member. When I changed the filter upon moving out the results were evident!

The company has a great product that works well. I was on an auto ship on replacement filters with Amazon, but they were unable to ship my last order because of no stock. I tried to order direct from the company, and my order was delayed. We couldn’t use our unit for a couple weeks due to the shortage of replacement filters.

USPS has a way of delivering to the wrong address. In our case USPS said they delivered tow (2) packages (one to the mailbox and one to the porch). We were both home on the day of delivery. The one in the mailbox was there, the one on the porch (yours) was not. So it was surprising to get an email from you that our package was delivered. That was a Sunday delivery, so only packages were out. If it wasn't for a neighbor (and not a close one) bringing the package by we would have never gotten it). Maybe consider UPS
