I love my air filter. Works great. Super quiet. But the best thing is getting the replacement filters automatically delivered to me. It’s amazing how easy it is to lose track of time and having the filters just show up in the mail is super helpful.

Smaller filter was delivered on time, but the larger filter was delayed without explanation until I called and complained.

The email correspondence from Hathaspace is so helpful in that I am consistently aware of the schedule to keep in replacing my air filters. The emails are informational and not overbearing; simply gentle reminders! My inbox is not inappropriately overloaded.

Good tech support when I needed it. Great product! the ordering process was very easy, there was no complicated setup. Customer service way surpasses the industry standard. You can actually speak to some one, or if using email there is a response in 24hrs.

I am signed up for auto ship of replacement filters and when I received notice of my pending shipment for my next filter I expected to hear it had shipped within a couple of days. After 2 weeks I had to reach out to customer service to find out what had happened to the order and was told it was delayed but should be shipping soon. It was another 2 weeks before I finally received notification that the filter was finally being shipped out. Most frustrating was the lack of communication about the delay. I had to be the one to reach out for information rather than the company keeping me informed. The filter finally arrived and, as usual, is an excellent product. I just wish I had been kept informed.

I purchased this air purifier because I adopted an 18 month old Maine coon. I did not realize I would be allergic. I purchased this air purifier. For that reason. It made a world of difference! I just signed up for the autoship replacement filters. I could not believe how much cat hair was in the filter and on the filter. So this thing really works! I definitely recommend it for anybody with allergies!

I ordered your air purifiers and was very satisfied with him but then when I ordered a replacement cartridge It was supposed to come in 10 days and a month later there was no filter. I contacted your company several times and never heard anything back then eight weeks later it showed up. By that time I had already gone on Amazon and purchased a replacement filter that got to me in three days. You guys never got a hold of me and told me what was going on and so now I have three filters that I guess I’ll use over the next couple of years but I don’t know why you didn’t contact me about the original missing filter so now I can’t order filters from you directly apparently.

From Covid to allergy prevention to removing particulates from a burnt steak my whisper quiet Hathaspace air filter makes my house a more pleasant place to be.

I did not receive my original order. When contacting Hathaspace they were quick to resolve the issue and get me the product in a timely manner.

I chose a 2 star because I did receive a filter, and I love the machine. BUT I ordered on March 26, and I just received the filter in May. I was not told it would take that long when I ordered nor did I receive any updates or back order notifications after I ordered. When I contacted customer service in April, they were just like sorry - it should show up by May if not let us know. That’s not acceptable - especially at the price point and the when you’re promoting a club membership for the filters. Why would I want the club membership after this?
