There was a problem with my card, and it was solved quickly. The filter came, and I received email notifications during the process! Thank you for being such a great company and so hands-on with your customers.

I bought this machine for my husband! He has breathing issues and since we have two dogs, that he loves dearly, there is dander in the air. We keep it in our bedroom because that’s where we all (yes the dogs too) sleep. His breathing at night has improved immensely thanks to the air purifier!!

Getting my filters every few months - the service people are responsive and helpful. the company is really nice to work with and my machines are excellent quality - I have 3 of them. The filters are a little spendy but at least they work really well.

I love my Hathaspace Air Purifier and am considering a second one for the Summer. I enrolled in the automatic filter replacement program, and paid for a filter; then when replacement time came and I didn't have a filter, I purchased a second one. (I bet that happens a lot!) I won't need another filter until next year. I like that you have an automated system. I'll just have to get used to it! BTW, during the recent tragic forest fires North of me, my air purifier registered 70-plus. I knew the air quality was bad, but my Hathaspace did its job very well.

Great product. Definitely does the job for allergies and smoke with the big fires here in Northern Ca. However, the price of the filters feels brutal. They were not this pricy when I originally purchased the units (I have 2). I’ve recommended to many friends but the filter cost made them buy other products.

Received a HSP002 as a Christmas gift. Like how quiet but strong it is. Bought a new four month filter and a Harmony 1500 for another room in the house.

We are extremely satisfied with our HSP002 purifier. We have 2 cats and the unit definitely minimizes the cat hair and dander floating around the house. I purchased a subscription to receive replacement filters; however the initial filter was delayed. I contacted Hathaspace support and corresponded with Aaron. He resolved the issue and ensured the filter was promptly delivered. Aaron was professional and resourceful in addressing our issue. He followed up to make sure the delivery arrived and adjusted the cost accordingly. We are very pleased with the HSP002 and the customer service.

I truly appreciate the ease, convenience and timeliness of the filter replacement program. It helps me keep track of time and check the condition of my filters. The machines definitely make a big difference in the load of airborne allergens in our home.
