I inadvertently ordered the wrong size. Emailed the company straight away and they were extremely helpful. Cannot fault their customer service.
Meanwhile the delivery was easy and fairly fast. I would use them again

Am 1.Juni habe ich 2 Paar Sandalen bestellt. Am 13. Juni wurden die Sandalen geliefert. Beide Farben sind wie abgebildet, hellblau und Fuchsia. Die Farbe gefallen mir in Natur noch besser, schöne Sommerfarben. Die Sandalen sind weich, leicht und sehr bequem.
Leider war mir die Größe 40 etwas zu klein. Meine Anfrage zum Umtausch in Größe 41 wurde vom Service schnell,freundlich und kompetent beantwortet.

Gute Kommunikation, bekomme sofort Rückmeldung bei Beanstandungen.

Ich habe die Ware prompt erhalten, sie jedoch zu klein bestellt.
Bei Nachfragen wegen eines Umtausches bekam ich sofort ein Email von dem Lieferanten. Diese war sehr freundlich, aufschlussreich und auf eine gute Art lösungsorientiert.
Gerne werde ich wieder bei dieser Firma bestellen und empfehle sie als Top weiter.

Man hat mich vom Anfang an ständig sehr höflich und über jede Änderung kontaktiert. Jede Ware kommt in einzelnen Stücke verpackt an. Die Fragen werden innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit beantwortet.

Great customer service! Sometimes returns are impossible, can’t find the seller, BUT Hatme contacted me right away. My order of tank top bras were not large enough but they are adorable! I can get them reordered in the correct size just by paying shipping! The material is soft, thin, comfortable and the shape design is lovely! Snug underarm fit, lots of firm stretch, and a simple no-fold hem design.

Easy billing, quick delivery, product quality good.

Very comfortable. I love the wide shoulder straps and the breathable material it is made from.

These bras are well constructed and the idea of never having stays and wires digging in or straps always slipping makes them even better! The fabric is cool and comfortable. The company is very responsive in answering questions.

I ordered the wrong size and they are replacing them as soon as possible so that I will have the new ones in time for my grandson’s wedding, a week away !!
And I love how the bras are made,…and can’t wait to wear the right size!! It’s going to be Great !!!!

Ich habe Tops mit BH gekauft, die jetzt geliefert wurden. Da sie eine Nummer größer sein müssen, habe ich hatme kontaktiert, hinsichtlich eines Umtausches.
Hatme hat schnell reagiert und mir ein Angebot unterbreitet. Ich solle eine Versandgebühr zahlen und bekomme den Artikel in der gewünschten Größe. Die gelieferten Tops brauch ich nicht zurück schicken.
Jetzt bin ich gespannt, ob ich alle 4 Tops in der neuen Größe erhalte.

Die bestellten Artikel waren zu klein. Um Kosten zu sparen erhalte ich die Artikel eine Grösse grösser und muss nur die Versandkosten bezahlen. Unkompliziertes Handling und gutes Produkt!
