Really easy to purchase on the website then it was delivered to my local Hayter store where it was all built and up and running. Really happy with the mower great quality and leaves a great finish.

1. The process requires improvement. I did not know when to expect delivery when I ordered. After a few days of uncertainty I received the despatch note. Later came another mail to track divery.
The box appeared to have been opened before it came to me ( I have photos). Delivery person said it had nothing to do them.
2. The original ad is misleading. It said there ia a free strimmer but there was none delivered. The Ad didn't make it clear when it would be delivered either.
The mover may be very good but the process is bad.

Ordered some oil on line and it arrived within 2 days…… excellent service and reasonably priced….

Battery did not last very long despite charging it as per instructions. Needed replacing in less than 2 years costing £200. Not happy 😒

Great mower (stupid stickers fall off) Customer service is shockingly bad , I’m guessing it’s the same old story had your money don’t care.i was so excited about this product 56 pro would look else where to be honest not a happy punter it’s hard work dealing with a customer service who don’t care

What I wanted was delivered promptly

excellent quality mower, have been used to a suffolk punch cylinder mower im the past but this gives an superb cut.My only criticism would be that the slowest speed is a little to fast. Perhaps it's me getting older

Very easy to order and excellent price. What surprised me was the speed of processing and delivery. My order was sent for dispatch the same day I placed my order and then delivered the following day. Fantastic.

Didn’t receive an email from Hayter with the delivery tracking details, then FedEx failed to deliver, once, maybe twice, I’ll never know. I resorted to collecting from the FedEx depot so as to avoid further disappointment.
