Great experience
Great experience. Only issue I had was some confusion between AXA (my medical insurance) and whom I should be referred onwards to. I thought I was referred to a surgeon but AXA have sent me to a medical person. Would be good to tighten this up so patients no exactly what is happening. AXA are still not sure if I should be seeing this consultant but I have to see them.

Excellent service and user friendly app
Excellent service and the App is very user friendly. Fast booking and availability of specialists on the day. The specialists seen were very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. They were thorough but yet amicable and kind. I genuinely felt that I mattered and that I was in serious medical professional hands. The follow ups with clinics and next steps was also excellent and stress free.
