On Line form not fit for purpose
I was directed to an on-line form. Just over half way through I was asked a question. There were only 2 options for yes (I had previously a blood blood transfusion and/or yes, I had been exposed to chemicals at work). I had neither so left the questions blank. I could not progress to the next question as that one needed an answer and there was no N/A checkbox. I contacted the support for the page twice and was ignored. I tried the home page support and was ignored. I tried again. Ignored. I finally found your very small hidden phone number to get support and was told a N/A button was needed but this could take ages. My diagnosis was delayed by over 3 weeks, and I was now in a new subscription year, and so a fresh tiny limit on my outpatients spend. I will now be forced to pay my bills myself all because your form is not fit for purpose.
