Very low-quality glass, Bought a "Ash Catcher" the glass was so weak the inter percolating unit gave out & broke off causing all the arms to break. Never dropped it the outer glass is still perfect.... Ver mais

Buy a Puffco Proxy HERE
Ordered a Puffco Proxy 12/25 @1:08 pm, received delivery 12/29 @2:11 pm. The price was the best anywhere on the web ($216.27 after discount out the door). Could not be happier !! I will definitely do business with Headshop again.

Good product, disappointing fulfillment
The product is excellent (though not made by Headshop), but the shipping took forever and it seems to be a dropshipping company. The return address on the item I received was not for Headshop, it was for the manufacturer.

Doesn't actually fit focus v carta but they made it right
The product description says it fits the focus v Carta as well it does not the fit is not snug enough to fully seal
With that being said I was contacted by headshop.com within 48 hours of posting this review to see what they could do to make this right they offered a full refund or anything of equal value from there site and even threw in a $20 gift card to use at my discretion weather I took the refund or got something in exchange the gift card was mine either way they went above and beyond what they needed to I would highly recommend this site

Also bought a Freeze bubbler pipe, also very low-quality glass the internal percolating section self-cracked. Can't even use it.

My order came packaged so well with caution tape around the box for extra safety so nothing was broken. Very impressed with how it arrived! Package arrived within quoted timeframe on website as well.

What I originally ordered was out of stock after I purchased. They sent me what I chose at around the same price. Got the substituted product which was a wooden Dugout . It was so thin where the pipe is held , it broke after the 3rd use......... Update..... Customer Service reached out to me. Original product is back in stock. And sending it as a replacement to the broken substituted product. Now that's Customer service

[UPDATED] So previously, I had stated how there was no tracking info provided. This remains true, but customer service has since assured me this was a mistake and NOT how transactions are supposed to enter the system. They’ve ensured that my future purchases will come detailed with USPS tracking. I would like to stress that I am now a happy customer and do plan on purchasing again, but would like to see better packaging for glass items going forward. Closing with, Jess from the CS Team deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
