Rang the service due to concerns over a infected tattoo as my GP couldn't provide a appointment for a week. When I called I explained what was wrong I had a doctor call me back the same day within a HR or so and I was provided the service and medication I needed amazing service.

I have had an exceptional experience
I have had an exceptional experience. It’s a straightforward appointment system. I had an appt the following afternoon. The telephone consultation was prompt and not rushed. I did not feel I had to prove or justify wanting to see a specialist. A referral letter was provided the same day. I managed to book a specialist consultant the following day and was seen in 4 days from starting the call rolling via GP24. I have now had a significant diagnosis and I am in such relief to be on the right treatment. I highly recommend this service

Fantastic experience
Booked an appointment via the app, lots of availability and had a call from a GP within 2 hours! GP was understanding and very thorough and asked questions my own GP had not. I would highly recommend the service.

Exactly what you need when you are unwell
Easy to book appointment. Very punctual response. Saves time from queueing at A&E (of course , depending on your individual case you might have to stick to A&E) or waiting on call to book your appointment with GP. Highly recommend! Thank you!
