What an incredible service! From initial call, to Dr calling me back within a couple of hours to the questions he asked and the prescription being ready almost instantly! Can’t rate it highly enough.

Great service. My daughter had a fall while on holiday and we were able to get her checked without needed to go to a hospital. The service was very quick. We were advised by the doctor to go to hospital in the end but without this advice we may not have known this.

Found the process smooth and worked well with my timescale.

Easy to get an appointment, my situation was dealt with effectively and a positive outcome received.

Real Doctors with excellent knowledge, who listen and have the skills to provide positive solutions. Also good administrative staff. In trouble for help at weekends or Bank Holidays and this is a really essential service. Certainly as good as my local Surgery for filling the gap where needed. Booking process is so simple, you literally just need the phone number.

Booked appointment by phone very helpful staff. My appt was just 45 minutes later by phone. The doctor called exactly on the stated time. The doctor swiftly sorted a specialist referral for me which was in my inbox just 5 minutes later. Excellent service.

The doctor listened to my symptoms and prescribed medication for 8 weeks , thereafter if the issue still persists the doctor provided recommendations for next course of action

I had a call with a GP less than an hour after requesting it. The Dr was a really lovely man - kind, knowledgeable, thorough, really helpful and a very good listener.

I'm not entirely impressed with Benenden's referral processes (which can seem very random and unpredictable at times) but on this occasion the GP call with Dr Asif couldn't have been better.

In response to the comment below about referrals needing to go through GPs, that was not the problem. I had a Benenden membership for both my mother and sister, both of whom had complicated health issues. Getting help through Benenden for them (after GPs had referred them to hospitals), to speed up the process of them being seen by consultants felt random, unpredictable, and at times very unhelpful and unsuccessful for reasons which were discretionary and felt like they could change from one moment to the next.

Appointment booking process was straight forward clear and concise. Able to select required time. Very impressed with the online GP consultation naturally loads of questions to identify the problem very helpful. End result I was able to get a prescription from my local GP. Overall very pleased with the service provided
