In 2016 my husband landed in the hospital with a serious infection which threatened his life. After 12 hour days I came home physically and emotionally exhausted. During the beginning of this experience one of my good friends had a Bio Mat. She raved about it and told me I had to get one. I researched them and ended up finding Healthy Line products instead. It is now 2020 and I have purchased a second mat (the chakra mat) which I love just as much. Last Christmas I purchased smaller mats for my husband and son as well. I couldn’t ask for a better way to wind down at night and remove minor aches and pains. My stress slips away and I sleep so much better. I am a 72 year old female with mild scoliosis, osteoarthritis, arthritis in my hip and a frayed rotator cuff tendon muscle. All of these cause me pain and discomfort. That pain disrupts my sleep. I researched options and found Healthyline. I then researched Infrared and found a study performed by the National Institute of Health (NIH) which proved that Infrared Saunas performed 3x/week improve health and wellness. I bought the Healthyline InfraMat Pro TAO-Mat Full 7224 Firm - PEMF. I put a Mylar sheet under the pad and I use a Mylar sheet layered in cotton sheets on top. This creates a sauna so the heat is fully captured. After laying on the mat every morning for 20 minutes my muscles are fully relaxed, I have enjoyed a healthy sweat, and I am ready for my day. I bought the matching pillow as well which works to address the cervical osteoarthritis. I had so much success I bought the small TAO mat which my husband uses for his low back. And I recommended the same to a friend who has had wonderful relief from low back by using the small TAO mat. I did have an issue with the controller for the small mat and Healthyline quickly sent me a replacement under their generous warranty. Their customer service is exceptional and I highly recommend speaking with them prior to your purchase so that you get the best one for your needs. Better health really has so many benefits that it is well worth my mat time which I use for reading and researching. Could not be a happier customer!

BROKEN SHOULDER

Last spring I broke my shoulder coming up from the arm. Four inches around were shattered like eggshells. The specialist stopped counting pieces at 25 saying it was a huge mess, most likely would need a shoulder replacement. Then I ordered the knee/shoulder far-infrared pad. I only had three appointments with the specialist and am now back to canoeing etc. I don't think I could have done it without the far-infrared heating pad. Thanks to Healthyline.

My healthyline mat has been lifesaving for me. I have been ill for 20 years with chronic Lyme and multiple other ailments and a few years ago decided to invest in a healthyline mat. I used to lay on a biomat during my acupuncture sessions and was looking for something for home use. I have been extremely happy with my mat and have even seen benefits from the pemf which was a feature I decided to try with my mat. Earlier this year I started having an issue with my control box and contacted healthyline. They stand behind their products because a new one was shipped very quickly and my mat is as good as new. My wife was diagnosed with MS and we heard that PEMF could help. We searched and many companies out there were very expensive. Finally found Healthyline and with their 45 day trail, upgrade and trade-in options along with 5 technologies (PEMF, photon, negative ions, far infrared rays, gemstones with heat) vs 1 we decided this looked like a very good mat to try.
We bought the TAJ Full 7224 two years ago. We both used the mat almost daily. We loved it! Now they offered the platinum model and really like that now there are many more options with the PEMF. We just had to upgrade and get this one. The upgrade process was very easy and Jade is always very helpful.
We just got the Platinum 7224 now and started using it. It is great with the advance PEMF feature. We workout all the time and it is great for all those aches and pains and helps my wife with her MS.

I've owned a HealthyLine InfraMat Pro for a few years now, but only my patients benefited from using it. I often joked with my patients that they were more excited about seeing "Matt" than me! Due to COVID, I decided to bring the mat home for the unforeseeable future and enjoy it myself. After battling with my family members for a couple of weeks, I was able to enjoy using it numerous times a day. I find one of the most difficult symptoms to treat in patients is stress and anxiety. The first time I bought a heat mat I knew I wanted one with real gemstones but didn't have a lot to spend. After doing some research I settled on the Healthyline medium mesh mat. It had a good balance of features and price. It felt great to lie on with its penetrating heat. After using it a few weeks I also found myself feeling better from the detoxing effect it had. Recently I was able to purchase a larger mat. At first I chose a TAJ Full Short mat since I wanted to try PEMF. For me, it turned out to be too hard for my back. The mat was high quality, but I couldn't lay on it for long. Customer service was great, they helped me exchange it for a Soft series Full Short. This turned out to be just what I needed. With the amethyst chips, its even better than the mesh mat. It is comfortable to lay on and covers from my neck to my ankles. I love the mat and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again when I need another one.

I have been using an InfraMat almost daily for over a year. (The only days I don’t use it are when I am out of town.) I keep it in my recliner and start and end my day with it. I also sit on it as much as possible throughout the day because it is so relaxing. When friends visit, they enjoy sitting on it. (Yes, I give it up for my friends!) My InfraMat relaxes me so much that I go right to sleep after sitting on it at night. I appreciate a crystal mat designed for a chair.

These mats break so easily and stop heating up. The controllers also crap out. and then it is a pain in the butt to pay to return and pay for shipping. It is an expensive item but really is cheap junk made in China.

Had a terrible experience. I paid $1299 for a 220 V MAT through my Amazon Pay account. I received confirmation from Amazon Pay ( I have an Amazon account which is more than 12 years old and a regular customer) , Citibank . HealthyLine too sent an email confirming the order. But later when I found it was not shipped within the promised time, I was told by customer care that my payment was not received from Amazon Pay. When I confronted the customer care officer with receipts from Amazon Pay and Citibank and the acceptance of order by themselves, they accepted payment was received and promised to ship the item the same day. However within a few minutes, I received an email refunding my order! I was so worried and thought for a minute that I was defrauded. Then escalated to Amazon Pay ensured that the refund was actually processed. But it was a total harassment after spending a big sum online . I was then told I was red-flagged. If somebody raises questions he or she would be red-flagged???
If it was anything to do with the payment method, the order should not have been accepted at the first place ?? They still advertise Amazon Pay as the payment method and they can not keep the funds of the customers and give cock and bull stories when questioned..
I think they have something to hide behind the peace and wellness sweet talk....

I bought this for my 90 yo grandma who uses a walker to get around. She has diabetes and for a while her hospital visits started to increase year by year. She was up to 3 hospital stays/yr. Since she is always cold and watches loads of TV, it seemed like a good fit to get her this chair. Its been 9 months and I am happy to report she has STOPPED going to the hospital. Of course she is not completely healed but she is living life on her terms and I am so grateful she can have her life outside of hospital walls.
