Micaela was great. Fast, friendly service with zero waiting and minimum of discomfort. On a very hot day the aircon was also appreciated!

As usual premium+ service in every respect. Shame the NHS doesn't use Hearology as a model of how to organise and operate. Well done Vincent and team!

Booked a same day appointment as a first time patient and service was brilliant. I never had the procedure before and was immediately put at ease and had everything explained to me. Procedure was quick and painless and provided instant relief of my symptoms.

I could not recommend Hearology more highly. I managed to get a same day appointment for ear wax removal (as my home treatments were not working). I saw a young lady called Ellie, she was brilliant. I made her aware that a previous visit to another company for ear wax removal had not been a very pleasant experience . She listened to me and was very professional and took the time to make sure I was ok during the procedure. I can now hear again. Thank you Hearology.

Great hospitality. Staff is confident and I can feel that when they are doing the job, they have in their mind the best interest for the patient. Beatrice was the one to get the job done for me with great confidence, speed, and accuracy and the outcome was perfect. I wish them all the best.

I had the free hearing test that was offered after having wax removed from my ears (which was fine).
The free hearing test was excellent. Esti took me through a series of tests that measure different aspects of hearing. And she clearly explained how the diagnostics work and the results, not mention the basic structure of the ear.
I shall be paying more attention now to the nuances and patterns of my hearing.

Having visited other hearing clinics over the years I am so relieved to have found Hearology; they are the only ones to have fully restored my hearing and you get a free follow up and advice too! Harry in particular was amazing, patient, kind,professional and explained everything throughout the appointment. Being able to hear again is the best feeling and I recommend Hearology to everybody.
