Although my first order just didn't arrive, I finally got my two pair of Hedoïnes thanks to the engagement of Melisa. Very uncomplicated she offered me to send another two pairs. In case the first order should arrive, I would of course inform her and hopefully let it send back immediately (not accept them), which would be the easiest way to handle this situation.

I was impressed by Melisa's simple solution and there is always a way to solve such situations if someone competent is behind it.

Not only the quality of the Hedoïnes made me order again, but - although there seems to be a kind of problem with the transporter and it takes patience (at least in my case and it's not the first time) - the professionality of solving it made me order again.

Thank you Hedoïne! Also for the environment- friendly way of producing such high- quality stockings!

I had a great experience with their client relations. Really human answers to my emails and they seemed genuine in trying to understand the problem at hand and help me.

I'm really happy with the products. At the time I bought the Nude tights, and had some issues with them. Even if I was an atypical customer, as I'm 7mo pregnant and trying to match my new size in tights, Melisa was understanding, and kind and gave her best sales answers.

I just received my charmer leggings and they are gorgeous! The presentation and the customer service are also top notch. Thank you Melisa! I will be coming back❤️

I don't think before Hedoine I've ever had tights that gave me a feeling of structure and fit well without making it hard to breathe! Love the fit and special thanks to the customer service (Melisa) for the very fast, helpful and friendly answers:)

Die Strumpfhose hatte ein Loch als ich sie aus der Packung nahm. Nach dem Einsenden der Fotos bekam ich gesagt, dass es wie eine Beschädigung aussieht und das Produkt nicht fehlerhaft sei, daher kann man mir keinen Ersatz schicken. Wirklich traurig bei so einer teuren Strumpfhose. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice, ich kann nur vom Kauf abraten.

The 20 deniers were appalling quality all laddering within a couple of uses, 4 pairs in total. i am slim and know how to look after tights but have had high street brands of better quality. The customer service team refunded me for 2 of the 4 pairs, they are very nice to deal with but I feel like I was hugely mis-sold with very attractive marketing. If you want quality invest in Falke or even traditional Walford, This brand is not who they claim to be. Hugely disappointed.

Grundsätzlich eine tolle Strumpfhose, angenehmes Material, wenn die "unkaputtbare" Strumpfhose aber schon beim ersten Anziehen eine kleine "Macke" bekommt, bin ich doch eher etwas enttäuscht.

The tights themselves are exceptional, great fit, and unique silhouette that helps them stay in place comfortably. And the packaging is really elevated!

Bisher war ich ein großer Fan der Marke. Die Strumpfhosen hatten immer eine super Qualität und der Kundenservice war genial. Schnell und immer sehr kundenorientiert.

Bei der letzten Sale Aktion habe ich dann zugeschlagen. Aber anscheinend haben Sie da nur den Müll verschickt.

3 von 4 Strumpfhosen waren defekt. Eine hatte direkt eine Laufmasche. Die anderen 2 haben schwarze Riebstellen. Direkt nach dem Auspacken. Nicht erst nach dem Tragen.

Meine Kontaktaufnahme blieb leider erfolglos. Ich werde ignoriert. Es ist wirklich beschämend. Immerhin sind die Strumpfhosen nicht gerade günstig.

Update zur Antwort:
Die Beschädigung an den Strumpfhosen war direkt als ich diese aus der Packung genommen und angezogen habe. Das habe ich auch schon der Firma geschrieben. Daraufhin habe ich keine (!) Reaktion mehr erhalten. So viel zur Prüfung. Die Firma packt sich etwas zurecht und ist egal, dass es gar nicht zu einer Reibung kam, sondern das Schadensbild bei den Strumpfhosen identisch ist. Daher war ich ja von einer fehlerhaften Produktion ausgegangen. Interessiert aber nicht.

Die Reibung ist an den Oberschenkeln weit über den Knien. Was denken Sie bitte, wo meine Stiefel sitzen? Es ist einfach lächerlich.

Ich hatte mehrere eMails geschrieben bevor ich dann den Kontakt über Instagram gesucht habe. Dort wurde ich - wie gesagt - nach ein paar Mails ignoriert und schlussendlich blockiert.

Man war also überhaupt nicht an einer echten Lösung interessiert.

Die erwähnten Ersatzstrumpfhosen (insgesamt 3) beziehen sich auf andere Bestellungen. Aber interessant, dass man eine Reklamation verwehrt, weil bereits schon mehr reklamiert wurde. Vielleicht mal die Qualität checken?

Der großzügige Gutschein (den ich nie bekommen habe, weil ja ignoriert und blockiert) bezog sich auf eine (!) Strumpfhose, obwohl die Beschädigungen an mehreren Strumpfhosen aus der Bestellung zu sehen ist!

Eine Lösung kam man ja nicht finden, wenn man seine Kunden blockiert und bis heute auf keine (!) eMail reagiert.

Very disappointed in this brand. The product was very synthetic feeling and not comfortable. The subscription service was not user friendly and charged my account many months after the fact. The customer service was extremely slow and not helpful. Lastly, the price for this product is subpar compared to similarly price tights. I strongly do not recommend. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

They are claiming things that aren't true. The tights are super high quality and have a great feel BUT I had two pairs of black tights that started breaking at the waist seam. They are clearly very poorly manufactured around the seam, as otherwise they are great. I contacted them after the first pair which broke on second wear (even though I was super super careful) and they sent me a replacement, which was nice. But then the replacement also broke on second wear, in the same way, at the seam. And they were not willing to send me a refund for the pair (I have another beige pair which did not break) or send me another replacement.

I wish these tights were amazing, as they feel great, but if all pairs break at the seam after 2 wears then definitely not worth the fairly high price.

Better sizing than Heist. Actually better overall. Best for that price range on the market.

Die schwarze Strumpfhose ist total ungleichmäßig. Sieht so aus als hätte man überall schwarze vertikale Streifen. Und das Material ist viel zu dick und Kleider bleiben daran hängen und fallen nicht mehr. Totale Geldverschwendung.

Spent £150 almost a month ago and still haven’t received my items. Customer service stopped responding to my attempts to ask where my items are two weeks ago.

Ich habe mehrere Paare Bestellt und bei fast allen Laufmaschen nach nur einmal tragen. Warte immer noch auf eine Antwort von Kundenservice.

Since I've discovered Hedoine tights 6 years ago, I've never looked back. Whenever I need tights, it's clear where I get them from. Although, thanks to Hedoine I rarely need to buy tights now... They last forever.

I love that they don't have any seams making them so much more comfortable, their wide and soft waistband that is shaping and the super cute pattern around the toes.
