Die Strumpfhose hat sich beim ersten Mal tragen aufgelöst, als sie mit Gelsenspray (für die Kleidung) in Berührung gekommen ist. Habe mich vor dieser Rezension auch an das Kundenservice gewandt, wo ich mit den Worten "Laufmaschengarantie gibt es nur innerhalb 90 Tagen" abgespeist wurde. Bin sehr enttäuscht, da hält jede herkömmliche billige Strumpfhose mehr aus. Kann das Produkt leider nicht weiterempfehlen und hätte mir in dem Fall auch eine Kulanz-Lösung seitens Kundenservice erwartet.
Kundinnenantwort auf die Antwort von Hedoine: Bitte bei der Wahrheit bleiben- die Strumpfhose (wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich) hat keine einzige Laufmasche, sie hat während des ersten Tragens Gewebsauflösungen in Fleckenform durch ein Insektenspray für Textilien bekommen. Schaut sehr punkig aus, und macht auch der Produktzuschreibung "Biologisch abbaubar" alle Ehre, ist aber auf das Produkt bezogen nicht tragbar. Eine etwaige Laufmaschengarantie war gar nicht Thema meiner Anfrage. Eine Suggestiv-Unterstellung à la "auf den Fotos erkenne man gar nicht, ob es sich nicht um eine herkömmliche Billigstrumpfhose handle" ist für ein Unternehmen mehr als schäbig.

Es tut uns leid zu hoeren, dass Du veraergert bist.
Du hattest vor knapp anderthalb Jahren eine Strumpfhose bei uns bestellt. Da der Kauf derart lange zurueck liegt, koennen keine Garantieansprueche geltend gemacht werden.
Du hattest uns vor Kurzem ein Foto geschickt, dass eine stark beschaedigte Strumpfhose zeigte.
Leider liess sich nicht erkennen, ob diese Strumpfhose von Hedoine oder von einer anderen Marke ist, da sowohl der Bund als auch die Fuesse in Bild verdeckt waren.
Die Strumpfhose im Bild war an mehreren Stellen stark beschaedigt. Sie hatte unter anderem mehrere Loecher, Fadenzieher, Abriebstellen und Schaeden im Stoff. Derartige Schaeden haben wir bislang an noch keiner Strumpfhose - unabhaengig von der Marke - gesehen. Wir haben keine Kenntnis davon, was mit dieser Strumpfhose passiert ist.
Falls die Schaeden durch das Biozid, dass Du auf die Strumpfhose gesprueht hast, entstanden sind, ist dies zwar aergerlich, allerdings kein Garantiefall.
Unsere Garantie umfasst Strumpfhosen mit Produktionsfehlern.
Ware, die mit Absicht oder versehentlich vom Kunden beschaedigt wurde, z.B. durch Schmuck, Haustiere, Unfaelle etc., kann leider nicht reklamiert werden.
Es tut uns leid, dass wir keine andere Antwort geben koennen.
Wir verbleiben dennoch mit den besten Wuenschen.

I would have given a 5* except one pair…
I would have given a 5* except one pair laddered from the toe as soon as they were put on. Annoying and a bit disappointing. All other pairs have been and are still going strong.

Achtung!!! Unseriöser Händler!
Leider erhalte ich trotz Eingangsbestätigung keine Antwort auf meine Email an den Kundenservice und muss erst über Paypal Kontakt aufnehmen. Darüber ist die Kommunikation extrem langsam und nachdem der Fall geschlossen wurde (mein guter Wille sei verflucht) kommt überhaupt keine Antwort mehr. Ich habe heute wieder eine Email geschickt, sollte ich keine Antwort bekommen werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Alle unsere Strumpfhosen werden einer strengen Qualitätskontrolle unterzogen. Leider gibt es trotzdem eine geringe Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass einige wenige Produkte fehlerhaft sein können. Wir würden Dir gerne eine Ersatzstrumpfhose schicken. So kannst Du hoffentlich die volle Hēdoïne Erfahrung genießen, was uns sehr am Herzen liegt!
Bitte beachte, dass Fadenzieher und Löcher auftreten können - die Strumpfhosen sind aus feinen 20 Denier und daher nicht unzerstörbar. Deshalb ist es wichtig, generell vorsichtig mit den Strumpfhosen umzugehen - was Du sicher immer so machst. Falls tatsächlich ein Loch auftritt, sollte dieses jedoch keine Laufmasche verursachen - das ist der Grund für unsere Ladder-Free-Guarantee.

The socks looked like they got caught in something. Unfortunately, accidental damage is not part of our product warranty as this is not a manufacturing issue.
The team offered you a voucher for the price of the socks and you can use this voucher for your next order. When this was offered, you replied with "Great – ok thanks", so you appeared to agree with what we offered.
We also believe this was a fair solution in the circumstances.

Sizing guidelines incorrect - product faulty at ankles
I used the sizing guidelines to select size medium, but when they arrived they were very big around the ankle area. So I bought another three pairs in small thinking that would be the correct size. I tried one on and also found it huge around the ankles - even though small is their smallest size. I’ve never had this problem with tights before. Customer service were not sympathetic, and refused to refund even the two pairs that had not been opened. I also found them to be rude, they insinuated I simply wasn’t pulling up the tights properly (I’m not an idiot, I do know how to put on tights). These are an expensive product and it has been a complete waste of money for me, and I found interactions with the company very dissatisfying. I expect more when paying this much for a product.

Only worn my new black tights three…
Only worn my new black tights three times and they have already ripped on the left thigh when I pulled them up. They are the right size as well a little big on me actually. Really gutted that I paid this much money for them to so easily rip.

Leider absolut enttäuschend
Leider absolut enttäuschend. Habe mir die Strumpfhose über Flink bestellt, weil mich die Firma neugierig gemacht hat. Da ich sehr oft Strumpfhosen trage und mich häufiger mit Laufmaschen herumärgere, auch bei höherwertigen Strumpfhosen von Falke oder Kunert, dachte ich, ich gebe dem Start-Up mal eine Chance. Hatte sie heute das erste Mal an, beim wieder hochziehen nach der Toilette ist sie an der Kante oben zwischen dickerem Stoff und Feinstrumpfhose einfach gerissen! Jetzt habe ich eine mehrere Zentimeter (!) breite Laufmasche, die sich in mehreren Spalten langsam nach unten arbeitet. Ich habe sie ganz normal hochgezogen und weder lange, noch spitze Fingernägel. So etwas ist mir noch nie bei einer Strumpfhose passiert, da sind selbst die 5€ Strumpfhosen von H&M besser. Bin froh, dass ich zumindest nicht den vollen Preis gezahlt habe, trotzdem absolute Geldverschwendung.

not worth the money
1. they deliver outside EU and UK with tax not duty free. so I payed double tax: origin of country and my local tax. a good online shop in EU/UK deducts the local VAT before shipping to Switzerland so I must only pay Swiss customs and VAT, not EU VAT, too. delivery took a bit long, too. (2-3 weeks, customs take only 1-2 additional days)
2. the black tights don't feel good on the skin, scratchy not smooth and the thick seam is tight around the hips: 65kg/170cm size M/L should fit perfectly and not pinch me. the nude colour is ugly: looks orange like cheap self tan. under the name vivid champagne I expect a light yellow or cool nude and a little shine, but they are very dull/matt.
3. comes in little cartons: waste of space and weight during shipping, hard to put the tights back in.
I recommend the silk blend from Trasparenze and Kunert Chinchillan for similar durable tights but a better look and feel. Best nude colours you can find at Falke and some French brands. I'm wearing tights daily for 15 years now and had high expectations for this price range.

Orders to Switzerland are shipped from our UK warehouse, and unfortunately, the process of going through customs in Switzerland delays the delivery by another few days.
I've looked at your order, and I can see that you selected the slowest shipping method. However, we do offer different shipping methods, including express shipping, to Switzerland. But please keep in mind that your order would still have to pass customs in Switzerland which we cannot speed up.
We're unable to cover any customs duties on your behalf. We have no control over Swiss customs duties (or any duties charged by the respective customs offices in different countries). We send orders to EU countries from our EU-based warehouse. Orders with a non-EU shipping address are sent from our UK-based warehouse. Any customs duties or import fees would would have to be paid by the buyer.
With respect to the tights, we're sorry if there is a problem. However, we haven't had any contact from you about this which would have given us the chance to look into the matter. Our Nude Vivid Champagne is one of our bestsellers and our second lightest natural nude shade. We haven't had any negative feedback with respect to the shade looking "ugly" or like "orange self tan". Our Product team spot-checked two dozen pairs and they found no issues with the tights.
You've also mentioned that you're not happy with the comfort. May we respectfully ask if the size was right for you? Our tights in XS/S and M/L have a shaping waistband, only the size XL/XXL has a more relaxed fit. As per our size guide, our size XS/S is for people with a weight of up to 55kg, the size M/L is for people with a weight of 55kg - 80kg, and the XL/XXL is for people with a weight of over 80kg. Without knowing your height and weight, and without asking for this information, we wonder if a larger size might have been more comfortable.
Of course, we acknowledge that size guides for tights aren't perfect as tights don't come in as many sizes as trousers. So a small number of tight sizes will have to fit a number of people with different heights and weights. We would like to assure you that our Product team are always looking into improving the size guide, although this is an ongoing project as it involves many people of different sizes and shapes testing the different products we offer. But hopefully, we can improve the size guide further.
We don't want to be wasteful with nature's scarce resources, so our tights come in little cardboard boxes which are made from recycled material, and which are also recyclable. The boxes look elegant and can be stacked easily, and many of our customers like them because of these features. We do offer satin pouches as well for people who prefer them, but, by default, our tights come in more environmentally friendly packaging.
