After measuring multiple times and using the provided charts I ordered a helmet and gloves that should have been slightly large—I was very much looking forward to the comfort and quality they tout. Both products were too small and the quality seems just ok. Getting a response for a return/refund has taken a full week so far, and still no return response.

The gloves are fitting perfectly and they are looking so good!

I've bought many helmets. Bell, Arai, Shoei, Biltwell, and others. This is the most beautiful helment I've ever seen! The sizing was spot on, too!

Really quick delivery and the look and feel is really premium. Super comfy.

Excellent service and an excellent helmet that fits perfectly

Hedon produce beautiful helmets and have an attentive customer service team. I’ve bought 2 of their helmets and most recently used their option of thicker cheek pads for one full face Heroine Interstellar helmet after I received it. It all went very smoothly and I could not be more satisfied. I hope in future they’ll expand their range, I’d be happy to buy another helmet from them.

If I could give no stars I would, the service I received was shocking, I purchased a visor for my helmet and a pair of gloves, the parcel
Was lost by DHL and I never received an offer of replacement, the emails went backwards and forwards between us for a month before I finally just requested a refund, the refund never arrived so I took it up with my bank who made contact with this retailer, they then insisted the item was delivered to me, it’s criminal if I’m honest, I have now sent all correspondence to my bank, let’s see if they deny it with the proof, I would not shop at this company

The helmets are gorgeous and high quality, no doubt. Fit and finish is fantastic, especially for a handmade product. I feel like that’s mostly obvious though. It’s apparent there’s a lot of time and attention to detail that goes into making these that most people can immediately see.

What you can’t see is the buying experience. Very excellent customer service from Hedon. Frequent updates on orders, prompt responses to any questions, final check in prior to shipping, solid communication. I didn’t need to exchange my size so I can’t speak to that experience, but I feel like it wouldn’t have been difficult based on their responsiveness. Already ordered a second helmet.

Like others fell foul of overseas / automated customer service support. In the end 10 days after placing the order gave up and requested a refund. Clearly their storefront doesn’t link to stock control as website shows availability but that’s not the case. Customer support takes typically 48 hours to get back to you and offers little help in terms of what’s actually in stock - despite a specific requirement on size and model…

Reactive, helpful

Id like to start with build quality, overall good with an A+ on the liner, fit and finish compliments with tight seams and no obvious signs of a bad day at work.

Next is paint, i would give paint a B, i expected more of a custom deep quality color full of thick metalflake but i feel as though it has been beat by the very vintage helmets it is trying to replicate.

Last my only real major negative is that the safety strap on the neck is entirely too small ,D, as if the wrong size was fitted to my helmet, the helmet fit itself is perfect but the strap almost fails to make it through the second D-ring. I am 5'10" and 150lbs for reference and am not double chinned.

Overall the helmet is great and well priced however there are a few small areas that could be improved and hopefully we see more vibrant paints in the future.
