What a terrible experiance
What a terrible experiance , got a free box through a friend and said I would try it. Box was charged at full price then delivered to the wrong address in Galway instead of Dublin. I did get a refund. Recieved a 2nd box without ordering it, when I called about it I was told I had subscribbed. I cancelled straight away but was told another box was on the way as I had to give 10 days notice of cancellation.No idea what foor is in the box. Terrible custiomer car service when i called with a party line of you subscribbed to this even though i had no idea or plan to.

Hard sell no thank you
Great to start with. Then the recipes tend to merge into one with maybe one or two varying ingredients.use by dates can sometimes ve quite short and different to what you have ordered. The hard sell is what has really reflected my score. I didn’t opt in for to he contacted via phone or sms which happens at least daily! Try it for the handiness.

They cannot provide meals if you have…
They cannot provide meals if you have allergies and they will not leave you alone if you cancel their service. I’ve spoken to them on the phone , emailed them , blocked them - it does not work . They are relentless!!!!! Avoid

Price was different every time collected from my account. 5 seperate payments ? In one day 50 , 7.99, 7.99, 16 and 27 so nearly 100 euro crazy and totally not worth it for 4 meals for 2 people

It’s great to have all the ingredients in the one bag and the method clearly printed on the cards. From someone who doesn’t like cooking or food shopping it’s an answer to my prayers. I actually enjoyed cooking the hello fresh meals and they didn’t feel like a chore.

Disappointed with the first meal?????
Disappointed with the first meal that we cooked from Hello Fresh. The main reason, one of the key ingredients was incorrect. We should have received couscous in the pack but got Jasmine Rice, what a disappointment in that we were trying to deliver the meal as per the Hello Fresh time and had the Jasmine Rice mixed with both the supplied broth and spices, which would have worked with couscous, but not Jasmine Rice. I gave a three star but it possibly should be a two star, but we had to improvise the incorrect ingredients with couscous that we had on the shelf. We obviously did not have the other ingredients, to give the full flavor to the meal, disappointing

No delivery of first order just a credit not a refund
Never received my first box. Only given a credit not a refund. So to get money back have to have next box. Fuming isnt in it. Will be cancelling as soon as 2nd box received.
