Omy goodness this has been such a fab experience Delighted this exists! As my partner and I were getting so fed up with shopping and running out of ideas for what to get and what to cook. Hello Fresh has been Amazing!! The meals are SO tasty, different then we'd cook and turn out restaurant standard meals. Yum yum! Really well layed out and explained instructions easy to follow. Very impressed so far! Love that it is all local and Irish too!

For the mussels disch we got the ingedients but not the receipie and a few ingridients are missing but the notification arrived after we started using the receipies. Would be nice to receive that info at leat on the delivery day.

Hello fresh starts off being a novelty and is great, however the repition of recipes and certain vegetables wears after a while, especially if you are vegetarian. I cant look at a sweet potato any more.

Its such a scam
Its such a scam, they give you a 'free' offer to order a box and just pay the delivery fee and then the next email they send says that your account will be charged €47.99 for a week. You then cancel that payment as you only want the trial they then revoke the box and the trail. All confirmed by the customer service agent. You either sign up and pay full price or there is no promo. Such a rip off and a shame as i wouldnt ever use them now and neither would the gym members we had offered the promos to

I think it takes too long to put the dishes together and then at the end, it’s very stressful as you can have two pans and a pot all cooking together. Quality needs to improve
I have loved having means planned for the week and more relaxed evenings by having everything there ready to be cooked. Lately the quality of food has not been up to standard unfortunately, tough chicken, bad onions etc

While I have enjoyed the meals I have made using hello fresh ingredients there has been a few hiccups along the way. I have received my box with missing ingredients and this week I received ingredients for a recipe I did not chose in my order.

Just can't believe the extra time I…
Just can't believe the extra time I have on my hands from not pacing the supermarket every wk! I just LOVE the freshness of the food, the delivery to the back door, the convenience, the selection to choose from, the gorgeous taste etc etc. Delighted with my choice to join! Even the lads are helping to cook, they're tasting everything and liking the veg etc. Its just "a gift" to me and all the family!!

Not impressed
At the beginning I was very impressed with the product but as time went on the quality of some products lowered and this meant that I wasn't getting a full meal. I spoke with customer service on a few occasions and they assured me that they would do their best for me and at that point I took a break from hellofresh. I'm now back a week and already some products weren't viable for consumption. I will be cancelling my account unfortunately.

Hello Fresh has completely changed our dinner experience, in a fantastic positive way!
No more trying to think about what to have, going to the supermarket trying to put together dinner plans for the week etc! Definitely, for me, it works out far better value than my weekly grocery spend. On top of the fact that, there's zero waste!
Just choose what you want, click of a button!!! It's foolproof and we are trying new dishes and loving everything. The quality of the food is perfect! And I am a very fussy person when it comes to quality of food! We're months into Hello Fresh now and I can't imagine going back to the expense of regular grocery shopping and the palava around it!

Was good. Has gone downhill lately
I previously would have highly recommended hello fresh but recently have had a number of issues. You get a weekly box however the meat all seems to expire within 4 days of arrival now so it won't last you a week. I've had a few instances of missing ingredients and lately they have reduced the amount of portion sizes from 320g to 300g without any communication. It's not cheap so this is all very annoying and I'm considering cancelling now as there is little acknowledge or reparations when these issues are brought up.

It was my first time ordering from you. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was first class and the spices and herbs etc were great. I haven't been using them often enough. I really enjoyed the prawn dish. I would prefer to get a smaller amount as I am on my own and I go out at weekends. It is a bit costly also. Please do not send any more food until the 21st September. I have expanded my range of dishes and…
I have expanded my range of dishes and tastes with Hello Fresh. Not all recipes have I loved but there is great quality to the food and the family is eating a lot better. Less takeaways in the house as most meals are quick and easy to prepare. The convenience of everything being there for cooking cannot be underestimated. Really enjoying the Hello Fresh journey.

WASTE OF TIME
WASTE OF TIME. I ordered a box several weeks ago but it never turned up so I cancelled my account. Then I got a call from them offering me a discount if I reactivated my account and assuring me that they had changed delivery companies and there would be no further issues. So I ordered a box to be delivered today and AGAIN I get a message to say that the box cannot be delivered. Don't waste your time with this crowd. In the meantime I ordered with GUSTO and had no issues and the food was good.

What I love most about Hello Fresh is…the time it gives me back
What I love most about Hello Fresh is that it is easy. With ALL of the stuff going on in life, all the responsibilities that I have, not having to think about what to cook for the next week, then not having to go shopping at the weekend which is already busy is THE best thing about it. That and the range of delicious recipes that make me feel like I'm eating out every night.
