Tomo is legit and the real deal. My experience was flawless and I worked with John and he was a god send. From the first person I spoke to that transferred me over to my loan officer (John) it was a very pleasant experience all the way through. Anyone that needs help with a loan to purchase a home need to reach out to Tomo asap.

It was a miserable experience that was extremely stressful. I will NEVER work with Tomo again. The tiny savings in percentage points was NOT worth the risk of not closing on time.

We had pre-approval from Tomo underwriting weeks before closing. Tomo then decided to wait until the morning before closing to send it back to underwriting for final review.

Received the lowest rate and they figured out a way to fix a problem that we were having preventing us from closing when needed. Also, will refinance for free if there is even a better rate in 6 months or later .

I had an excellent experience with Tomo! They offered the lowest mortgage rate I could find, and their team provided outstanding support from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and much faster than I expected. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I always felt like I was in good hands.

Overall I had a very pleasant experience with Tomo. Aaron Shaw was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. Hard to beat their rates. I’m a satisfied customer.

I was in the 2% whose loans didn't close on time. It was very frustrating. I received conditional approval August 29. Despite putting down more than 20% and having median credit scores above 800, we didn't close until September 17 at 9:30 p.m.
When I did more research, an email showed that the mortgage was being processed by a third party, and that Tomo had to bring it back in house to complete it within the already delayed time frame. After all that, the mortgage was sold before the first payment was even due! I'm still getting junk mail from marketers about my Tomo mortgage, even though the mortgage was sold. Pricing was good, service was not so great.

We got an excellent rate on our loan. The process was pretty smooth. There was a little drama at the very end of the process but we made closing on time.

As a first time home buyer, my experience with Tomo was great. Worked with Irena and Ashley. Process was smooth, rates were the best among 5 other different mortgage companies. Had a lot of questions as a first time buyer which they helped with. Closed on time and funded very quickly on the closing day. Would definitely recommend.

The experience with closing could have been better as our questions experienced a lot of latency in answers during important last few days in closing. But overall everything was done on time and we are glad we worked with Tomo.

Everyone at Tomo was very responsive and the whole process was overall smooth. My only critique is that a couple of times they asked for the same document or question several times.
