Ordered from hemed, wish I didn’t . order and delivery
Ordered medication from hemed, ended up as shemed, I didn’t order a blood test, they sent me one without the pen, £170 and they said they would only refund £100 . I have spoken to the ombudsman and my bank who will deal with this fraudulent business.
Avoid at all costs , they are not as they seem online!!

Was excellent but recently the customer service is abysmal. I put in a refill request and reciced a blank email in return (apart from a V - I think someone did not press control when pasting!). The app asked me to reply to the email. I did this 6 times, no response. When I used their contact form I was asked six times to reply either to a non reply email address or to the original email which I did 6 times. When complaining I just got the same request to reply (which I already had). I have now missed one (likely to be two) injections, despite doing everything I was asked to do. I don’t see why I should pay to start again when it is clearly their fault.
*UPDATE* 30/12 I had a call from a prescriber - good!
He started off by saying he had emailed me several times and I had not replied - untrue! Not a good start to a conversation. He asked me if I wanted to increase dosage, I asked if this was a safe approach as it will be 3 weeks since my last injection. He said I could stay on the same dose just in case. I replied why should I have to pay for another 4 weeks of the same dose injection when due to ‘ technical difficulties’, their words, they had not received my emails and I had now missed two injections. . Not my fault but theirs. . Now waiting for a proper response.

I am so glad I went on the Hemed programme..my weight was fast getting out of control.. I tried various diets with little results..for me..I never noticed any weight loss till about 3 weeks...by then I was giving up..
With Hemed. you see results in a week....again . for me that was a turning point.as you try harder..I have totally turned my eating habits around for the better..I know the drug helps..but its also helped me get my head around healthy eating.. plus on the upside I feel better about myself and my clothes fit great now..so ..thank you..Hemed

I’m very happy with HeMed as the way the company works, it’s very easy to navigate around the App. I know the weight loss won’t keep dropping but I’m a little disappointed this month as I have put on 2 pound on the higher dose of 1mg I’m not sure if I want to go any higher in doses as I’m feeling a little nauseous for two days. Overall I’m very happy with my results, I’ve lost 1.5 stone in 3 months so not to fast and HeMed are very efficient

Absolutely disgusting service and…
Absolutely disgusting service and support. Declining refund following medical assessment. Where is shared information prior having full payment taken. Then being informed that I’d not read small print that I absolutely had. Very unclear. Go elsewhere if at all possible. Completely there to rip you off. Also following blood test result. Although ok. I took to my gp. Who re took them white a completely different reading.

Felt like a scam. I'd stay away from them personally. Hooked me into paying £79. Will not accept include email addresses as a support email and also only told me after they took the money that they want to do a video call as part of the blood collection process. not shared I advance. when I asked to cancel. told me they will only give me £20 back even although I dont have anything and have not been sent anything. STAY WELL AWAY FROMTHEM

The best!
Well so far so good! Weight coming off and feeling better all round. No side effects and still eating delicious meals. Continued support is so helpful. So pleased!
Highly recommend
The support I've received so far is brilliant. I moved from buying Mounjaro from online pharmacy's with little interest in my wellbeing. As long as I was making the required legal restrictions they were happy to take ny money. With the price increase I decided to switch to Hemed. My girlfriend was using the shemed site and gave me the referral.
Very impressive, especially the blood test with detailed results.

Just hit over a month with HeMed
Just hit over a month with HeMed. Following up to my pervious review, I am still happy with the service provided. The refill process was straight forward and the new pen arrived before my first one ran out so there was no delay in my treatment, which was great. Overall, I remain content with HeMed.

I've been with HeMed for 6months and lost 3stone and have loved it! Unfortunately due to eli lilly raising the price of mounjaro it has made it unaffordable so I've made the decision to switch to wegovy and move provider as it's much cheaper elsewhere

Very happy with the transition from SheMed to HeMed. Change from Mounjaro to Wegovy due to price increase. 1.5 stone off in7 weeks so far. Hopefully this continues with Wegovy.

Im happy with HeMed for now as im only 1 month in and im getting results, the check in each week makes it easy and the wait time on the app to speak to a consultant is seconds, so im very happy with things at the moment. My one gripe is only with the Greedy Drug people how have now forced me and many others to swap the medication i was on
