So far fantastic

I had a 15 min phone con with Asia, the PA, today. I had canceled several times before because I was afraid that my issue would not be understood. But...I finally went through with it today and Asia was very understanding. She explained the difference in medications (which I did not understand before) and she made me feel a sense of relief. My prescription is on its way now and I am so very happy. Thank you Asia and Henry Meds for helping me to feel a sense of relief and better about my current situation.

My refills are constantly late. There have been many times when I have gone over two weeks late in getting refilled.
One of the PA’s confessed to me that this company fired half of their support staff. I believe it. I’m 10 days late right now on my refill, I have asked for answers 4 times now from customer service and no one is replying.
It’s been a nightmare experience for me, on the whole.

1. Preemptive Billing (Charging Before Care)
Henry Meds appears more interested in your wallet than your health. I was billed on April 17th, a full twelve days before my initial consultation even took place. This is a direct violation of their stated policies and a massive red flag for any consumer. They are happy to take your money before a single medical professional has even looked at your file.

2. Catastrophic Clinical Lapses
The operational failures here aren't just annoying; they are dangerous. After submitting required laboratory results on May 5th, the clinical team simply failed to review them. This wasn't a minor delay—it resulted in a complete medical lapse in my treatment. When you are dealing with prescribed medication, continuity of care is not optional; it is a clinical necessity. Henry Meds’ inability to coordinate basic lab reviews is a staggering display of negligence.

3. Non-Existent Customer Support
Trying to resolve these issues is a circular nightmare. The "support" team is unresponsive, the appointment scheduling is glacial, and there is a total lack of accountability. I have had to escalate these concerns to clinical management due to the clear risks to patient safety, yet the responsiveness remains inadequate.

4. Shipping and Reliability Issues
This isn’t a one-time fluke. Between medication shipment interruptions and a total lack of clinical feedback, the service is fundamentally broken. I have previously had to cancel my subscription due to these same delivery lapses, and somehow, they have managed to get even worse.

Final Verdict: Henry Meds is an assembly line that has lost the "care" in healthcare. Between the unauthorized billing practices and the failure to provide continuous medical oversight, they are a liability. Avoid at all costs.

Very friendly and listened and cared about what I had to say, kept me up to date on my medication and it’s arrival, and when I’ll need to put in for my refill to have in in time so there is no interruption. The medication itself vs other weight loss medication I’ve taken I prefer generic meds because it has given me the weight loss and helps me with maintaining energy where others didn’t.

I've been using Henry Meds for a couple of years now and have had nothing but a great experience with their team. The physicians really know their stuff and their customer service is excellent as well. Thanks, Henry Meds!

We ordered the medicine and they said it was shipped and never arrived. I spoke to a Jay supposed to be a supervisor and she was no help. All she did was tell me she would take my information and call me back nothing happened no call e 3x the worst customer service.

I'm very satisfied with the whole business they provide. Very good communication. The answer right away if I have any questions thought they always answer all the questions I'm asking. The video calls are excellent with a very knowledgeable stuff. I highly recommend Henry meds.

Pam, my support person was helpful and enthusiastic. She had reviewed my medical history and knew as much about my conditions as my primary care physician. I hope I get Pam again, though I know health care providers are random. She was great, and so far Henry is great. Looking forward to a lifetime relation and my continued improving health!

This was an excellent experience. The pratitioner was very professional and answered all my questions. It was a very easy appointment and the practioner was very knowledgable and caring.

I don't know what happened to henry meds. I used them back in 2025 and they were awesome. Now, they've fallen.off the earth. I paid for two on a subscription and received no medication or communication what so ever. I think a venture capitalist bought them.out and restructured for the worst. They dont accept phone calls anymore. They take weeks to get back with you. I don't know I'm 100% sure they put profits over patients. Imagine if they have 100,000 customers and they charge him 2 months at 12 0 to whatever it is a month times of whatever even 50,000 people that's a lot of extra money for doing nothing. Yeah they need to get there shit back together. Horrible horrible company now.

The appts are very convenient. I always enjoy speaking the health care provider. Medications arrive on time. Email information is sent for tracking so I know when they will be delivered. I have always had a great experience with this company
