Really good price on the style of boots I was looking for! So I bought 2😁

Very nice products selection to choose from. And very easy ordering, made it a great experience.

I was looking for leather dress shoes with full leather soles. Couldn’t find want I wanted at the major department stores at a reasonable price; so I gave Herald's a look. They had my size and my requirements at the most reasonable price.

I have just placed my order, but the ordering process was straight- forward and very easy. Hopefully the delivery and product will meet the same standards.

The shoes were not sized to American standard sizes. I tried to return for a full refund and they offered 20% refund. Money back is the hook. They make a full refund too difficult. The customer is responsible for packaging and the shipping costs back to HK . This is the scam. Selling clothing and shoe 2nds from HK and then, If the customer balks, refunding only 20% of an inflated purchase price. They cannot stay in business treating customers that way..

Absolutely awful service. Ordered the wrong color and of course they don’t have a cancel button. They refuse to answer the phone and when I email them, instead of changing the color they say they will send it up the chain of command? It’s a clothing store… not a law firm. Regardless they shipped my package the next morning without changing a color or reaching back out. By far the worst service I’ve dealt with for an online store highly don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience! You guys should be and remain on the frontline! Nice stuffs on your website

The in depth information on the product as well as the communication after my purchase was made to assure me of receiving my package

Still undecided

Great options great selections in a timely matter

I was referred by a family member, and I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the items that I saw. Because it is my first time ordering, I want to make sure that the items purchased fit well. I definitely plan on ordering more items.

They didn’t allow me to return a pair of cheap looking shoes that didn’t fit. They gave me 1/2 the purchase price as store credit but then wouldn’t allow me to use the store credit. So essentially, be sure of your purchase before you purchase from this company.

Easy website, great discounts, and excellent customer service!

I love it very fast and convenient check out everything was wonderful

My order shipped the very next day with standard shipping!

Ordering was super easy. The price was very good, almost half of what other retailers were advertising!

Loved the uniqueness of their inventory and checkout was super easy. Can not wait for my items to arrive and I will definitely be back!

The ease of ordering my men’s dress shoes, the discount that was provided on a product that I was looking for and dreaming about for sometime now .
And the professionalism of Heralds Clothing Company
