I enjoy getting online with no distractions, their buying process was simple and quick. That's what I like not going thru 6 or 7 steps just to buy an item. Thanks Michael
I was looking for leather dress shoes with full leather soles. Couldn’t find want I wanted at the major department stores at a reasonable price; so I gave Herald's a look. They had my size and my requ... Ver mais
The shoes were not sized to American standard sizes. I tried to return for a full refund and they offered 20% refund. Money back is the hook. They make a full refund too difficult. The customer is... Ver mais

Too Short
Too Short
The pants arrived on time, but were a bit too tight, too slim and too short. The product didn't seem to match the description of the item, but the overall design of the pants is nice.

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. Do not order from them. They sent me shoes two sizes too small. Then if I want to return them I have to pay the shipping. They are in China. Do NOT buy anything from this company. It’s cheap and you are stuck with it. That 30 day return advertising is not true.

This place is a complete horror show , the product came damaged, it is poor quality, there is no way to get in touch with anyone… They require you to send a product back to China… Which costs more than the product… stay away from this company

Bought a 40.00 pair of shoes from Heralds online. Took 17 days to arrive with little to no communication. Shoes arrived in a bag. Opened bag, shoes were too small. Asked for money back. Got numerous offers for 10-20% credit and keep shoes. Email after email, they sent a ridiculous form to fill out. Form would not print. Finally gave up. This is totally China. The website looks like All America but is not. Temu is another. Don't waste your time or money. I am a verified buyer.5986HC
