The quality of this hair is fantastic. It really mimics 4C hair texture. It’s nice and thick and you can wash it over and over and it stays fluffy and thick. I get lots of compliments when I wear it and people cannot believe it’s a wig,

I honestly don’t understand the 1 start reviews. I’ve placed 3 orders with them over the past 18 months. Haven’t needed to get in touch for support as my orders have all be fine. They come within the ordering time frame for the items one came 3 weeks earlier that projected.

Although through MsNaturallyMary $10 off referral, the 12inch 4B ponytail had gaps of hair missing. You can actually see RIGHT through the middle of the ponytail.

Overall, delivery was a couple of days, and the inches were present despite hair "businesses" being known to cheat in sizing.

I've read the instructions fully, concerning initial care prior to wearing and maintaining. I won't know till after preconditioning, finger detangling and hand dry, the overall quality prior to wearing. I won't get caught up in the advertising again.

Buyer beware do not and I repeat do not order from this company the hair tangles and sheds like crazy the wig is trash they should have given me my money back but instead they sent me instructions on how to care for the wig (like I dont know how to care for wigs) This wig only last 2 weeks $300 down the drain

Black women… this business or should I say this Asian business does not respect us. They literally look at us like a joke as we still continue to give them our money. I’m never going to give this company money ever again they are ridiculously expensive with low grade shedding wigs and they don’t even have the decency to respond to your Instagram inbox or email. They have a bogus point system that gives you credit in pennies (17.72 points was given .35 credit) We really need to stand up including these influencers that promote these businesses that do not like us and not for us.

This is the WORST hair ever.
1) It takes FOREVER to receive hair
2) It SHEDS like CRAZY
3) My scalp won’t stop itching. Who knows where in China it comes from
4) Gets Tangled
5) CRUNCHY and DRY even when using recommended products.
I just purchased this hair 10 days ago and have asked my hairstylist to remove it!

Update: I have heard from the company specifically Coral and I’m very satisfied with customer service. I’ve been updated about delay and order and at this time I’m receiving a refund but will order from company again one day.

This company will harass you if you leave a bad review on their site or Instagram!! Who harasses the public for sharing information one can find on google about a business? Too bad you can’t give negative stars!

Just stay away! Just another careless Chinese company looking take our money with inferior products! A 180 dollar pony tail with a 25 cent comb attached....they are ridiculous and should be out of business.

I agree with the reviews. I have bought twice from them now. The hair is not 100% human hair. It does not straighten it tangled and nots and sheds. Not worth it for the price. Even paid extra for it to be coloured and they didn’t even colour it properly too patchy. Just avoid

I brought a 22inch coily curly bundle and it’s super short! I use to buy this hair when they first started but clearly they have gone down hill from all these bad reviews. Nearly £300 wasted! They don’t answer emails!

**BUYER BEWARE**
I bought the 14" Pineapple wig with bang. The bang is trash! It tangles and gets matted with every wear. The rest of the hair is just okay (it dries out easily, but is easy to comb once wet) but don't waste your extra money on the bang. Contacted customer service and they were useless, just sent me a bunch of videos on care and products to use. Would not buy from again since they don't stand behind their VERY expensive products!

This compagny is a scam another chinese compagny robbing us.
The hair is fake overpruce. They get rich alone by charging restocking fees.
They make returns imposible.
I find better wigs on amazon free shipping free return.

Their customer service is horrible. I placed an order & they immediately took the money from my account yet they took an excessive amount of time to process & ship my order. Their number on the website is no longer working/disconnected, they didn’t reply to my emails or online messages through their website. Their site says my order should take 2-5 days yet, my order still, hasn’t shown it’s shipped or processed on their online account login. It’s been over a week that they’ve has my money & not shipped my order, processed my order nor bothered to communicate or even reply. I’m going to have to file a BBB complaint & call my bank to refund. I highly suggest anyone who’s had problems file a BBB complaint and they’ll be forced to be professional. It appears they have wronged many customers.

The worst hair I ever brought. Don't believe the YouTube reviews. The hair was a complete waste of money.

I place an order and after few minutes they sent me back my money with no explanation. I tried emailing them and no answers; I have had problem with the hair In the past and decided to give them another try. I feel these YouTube gurus get better quality of hair and treated better than the real customers, and then we get treated like s****!!! Even though we spent the big money and the YouTube gurus most of them get the hair for free to give review. We all need to boyycut her given hair until they get it together 🤬🤬
