Kane and Zara have been great throughout our house purchase process. They have been responsive and have gone above an beyond to adapt their communication to fit in with our busy lives. They have also listened to our concerns and preferences and readily changed mortgage products for us along the way. Finally they have provided additional guidance on the moving process that has helped us understand timings and what is mandatory for exchange.

I have used Heron a few times now based on the recommendation of my brother. The team are brilliant especially Aidan who arranged the mortgage on my new house purchase. The calls on MS teams really helped me to understand the rates offered on the market via the sharing of the screen. Aidan illustrated various scenarios e.g. if the mortgage term was 30yrs or 35yrs and how that impacts the amount payable per month. I also found it easy to ask any questions, Aidan takes the time to follow up in another call once the mortgage offer have been received. I recently used Heron for my mortgage, and I can honestly say that both Kane and Chloe were brilliant from start to finish. I’ll admit I was slightly apprehensive at first because they weren’t a local company. But having already tried a local broker who couldn’t find the right product for me, I’m so glad I went with Heron.
