Cancelled within 7 days of free trial, still being charged
Signed up for a free trial over a year ago, cancelled within the 7 day window. A year later, I have two charges of £9.99 to my bank account that I did not consent to. I tried to login to the site to cancel, however it does not recognise any of my email addresses and says I do not have an account. I have submitted a contact form and will be contacting my bank to submit a chargeback request.

You indicate that you have had 2 charges. Are those recent charges? Or charges from last year March/April? In this account, I indeed see 2 charges from last year, but no recent charges. There is no account with the other email addresses you provided.
If they are recent charges, could you please provide the last 4 digits of your credit card, the date, and the amount of the last charge?

Charged monthly without knowingly subscribing
I was charged £9.99 per month by this company without knowingly signing up to any subscription.
The payments appear to have started after what I believed was a one-off interaction online, with no clear or obvious indication that this would result in an ongoing monthly charge. I did not receive any clear confirmation of a subscription, nor were the ongoing payment terms made sufficiently obvious at the point of entry. There was also no straightforward way to cancel.
I only became aware after noticing repeated small transactions on my credit card statement going back many months.
I have also never made any use of the service beyond the initial check, which further reinforces that I did not knowingly subscribe to an ongoing paid service.
My card provider (American Express) has now treated this as an unauthorised recurring payment, blocked the merchant, and raised a dispute to recover over £300 in charges.
Following this review, the company contacted me stating that I had agreed to a subscription via a trial period. They also offered to refund only the most recent payment on the condition that I remove my review, which I did not consider an appropriate resolution.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to carefully check their statements and exercise caution before entering card details on this site.
Very disappointing experience.

We hebben geprobeerd om persoonlijk contact met je op te nemen, maar hebben helaas geen reactie van je ontvangen.
We vinden het jammer dat je ons een 1-ster review geeft, terwijl wij je geen uitleg hebben kunnen geven.
De vergoeding is voor de uitslag van de test. Bij de uitslag krijg je een gratis proefperiode van 7 dagen voor het abonnement. Je krijgt van ons niet alleen de uitslag van de test, maar ook een op maat gemaakt oefenprogramma om je aandoening te verbeteren. Net zoals je bij een fysieke fysiotherapeut in behandeling gaat. Ons oefenprogramma doe je alleen vanuit huis. Je kan persoonlijk contact hebben met onze fysiotherapeut over je programma, en aandoening en hem/haar daar vragen over stellen.
Je hoeft het abonnement echter niet te nemen. Je kan deze na de uitslag van de test direct annuleren in je eigen account, of door contact met ons op te nemen. Als je je abonnement binnen de gratis proefperiode annuleert, heb je dus ook geen extra kosten. Je abonnement is ieder moment opzegbaar.

Mocht je wel klant zijn met een andere naam/e-mail adres vind ik het vervelend om te horen dat de automatische incasso niet is verlopen zoals je verwacht had. Je hebt ons geautoriseerd voor toekomstige automatische incasso's door voor de proefperiode te betalen. Misschien heb je dit niet gezien, maar je had de automatische incasso kunnen voorkomen door tijdens de proefperiode van 7 dagen je abonnement op te zeggen. Dit alles vermelden wij expliciet op onze afrekenpagina en in de herinneringsmails die je van ons hebt ontvangen.

Automatische abonnement zit je aan vast
Je betaalt 3,99 voor een advies. Dat is prima maar als je de kleine lettertjes niet goed doorleest heb je dus zomaar een abonnement afgesloten waarop 16,99 euro automatisch wordt afgeschreven. Het overkwam ons ook. Een zeer kwalijke zaak. Dus let goed op als je advies vraagt maar beter nog kun je naar de huisarts gaan of de info op thuisarts.nl opzoeken. Gratis en voor niets. Schijnbaar zijn wij niet de enige. In de reviews zien we vergelijkbare klachten.
Is besteld door mijn echtgenoot. Dus een ander e-mailadres.
