Mark thoroughly explained the whole process which made it easier to make the decision… I took my time.

Installation was as promised and there were no glitches.

I was particularly impressed by how smoothly the whole process went and ultimately how quickly the team took out my old system and got the new one running. I was never for one day without hot water. And it was very thoughtful indeed to provide me with heaters for the few days of no heat. The professionalism of the team was incredibly tidy and at the end of each day my home was made tidy and ready for the next day. They kept me informed throughout the process so I always knew what the next stage was. It made the transition much easier from day to day. Where possible they found solutions to hiding pipe work for which I am very grateful.
It’s a relief to have a reliable heating and water system without the regular breakdown of my old boiler. I can certainly recommend Global to anyone thinking of a new heat pump system. The process took 4 days to complete and 1 day to commission it and it was a pleasure to have them in my home.

Reassuring to have HIES vetting contractors before investing large sums of money. I’ve had no issues with my installer but it’s good to know I have support if needed

All staff were very polite and went above our expectations in ensuring that there was very little damage to existing flooring. They made sure that their equipment was stored tidily throughout the fitting and ensured that we were happy with their installation and positioning of radiators, etc.

I had solar panels and a Tesla 3 storage battery lfitted by Octopus Energy and the whole purchase and installation went so smoothly and easy. The installation team were excellent keeping us up to date with the installation progress. The installation took two days and the team were very tidy.

Every stage of the project that was expected to be done was exactly on time. And went like clockwork. Materials that was used are of a high quality. Workers just new what they were doing and made such a great job.
Could not fault the anything, and we are delighted with the results.

Excellent service, kept me up to date with the solar installation and they vetted my installer.i didnt realise but they protect the deposit along with insuring the installer's guarantee is valid

It's really good to know that our solar system has protection and that HIES is on hand should any unforeseen issues or problems arise. I would urge ensuring that companies are registered with HIES before committing to installing solar and or battery.

Thorough explanation from the sales advisor, excellent workmanship from the installation engineers. The attention to detail was outstanding.
Complimentary checks from customer service throughout the process.
My only very very slight negative is that we didn’t get offered the bird proofing at the time of installation and I’ve had to get the engineers to come back.
I recommend getting this added at the initial install.
Please don’t let this very small initial oversight dissuade you from using this excellent company.
