Our installer IVoltz we’re excellent.
Our only problem is having the number/certificate (MPAN ?) so we can contact our energy supplier to secure appropriate remuneration for electricity supplied to the grid. It may also be beneficial for us to change our tariffs.

Superb Experience with Spectra Solar
If you want a solar system at your property make sure you contact Spectra Solar - superb from start to finish in every aspect of our project. Showroom opened between Xmas & New Year to accommodate our travel plans - designed a system that provided the kw required for our use and not, like other company's, to suit their own bank balance - I was amazed with the technical expertise of Michael & Jonathon the owners, taking their time to explain all my questions. The installation team (on the roof Bret & his son Brooke plus of course the electrician Liam) were fantastic - on time / polite / professional / clean and a pleasure to have at our property. The system is now in operation and performing exactly how we were told it would. An absolute superb experience from start to finish

Job well done
They're good- they do the work they are supposed to which it seems is quite rare these days. I didn't have to chase them up, I didn't have to phone them multiple times, I didn't have to email anything except the bare minimum. They were good!

Heat pump install by octopus insured by HIES
HIES made me feel reassured with our air pump install. They vetted the installer and insured the installers guarantee. As well as protecting our deposit. Great installation from start to finish. All components delivered on time and complete. Installation went really well with no issues and team kept me updated at all times. Would highly recommend using HIES
