Definitely a scam. Spent £380 on a Stundenglass, only for it to never ship. No phone numbers on the site work, and the email doesn’t get back to you. Shall call my bank and report to the fraud team. Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Nothing after order confirmation

Next day delivery according to site... Weeks later still no items still just showing the items been placed. Appears it's a scam unfortunately. Most upsetting... Worst bit is I found this on Amazon initially and was promoted by coupert (coupon/ price aid) and it sent me to this site at a cheaper rate. Will continue to push contact from them but currently no joy on that front either.

Don’t buy from this seller. Almost a month still haven’t received my order despite paying for next day delivery. Nobody replies the chat, emails or calls. I have reported them to the authorities as online scammers and I’ll hire legal services to bring them to justice, I know will cost more but I’m now focused in stopping them from scamming others!

My orders came on time. Was really nice for store owner to include a free gift. Will definitely use this company for next time. I am glad i trust my instincts and some of the positive reviews I read.

Sent the wrong items, next to no communication, guy on the phone was useless, still waiting for a reply about rectifying.
I'm not going to waste any more time, I suggest you shop else where.

Useless company

Absolute waste of money.

made the order, nothing after nearly two months now, I even tried contacting them via both the chat on their site and email, no response what so ever.

Clearly are just taking the money and running.

Placed an order over a week ago, next day delivery. No order arrived, tried every contact tool available no response. Is this company genuine ?

I ordered from higherpath a month ago, and they dont answer any of my messages, both email and on messenger, so last time i said "next thing you'll hear from me is a police report", and here i am. I ordered for 85£, and my order has been "awaiting fulfillment" for a month. I've seen the other bad review, and they answered that guy saying he didnt give them time enough, but i waited a month, and im furious. Higherpath.co.uk is not in any way affiliated or cooperating with TheHigherPath.com (I've contacted them myself), and i guess that they are taking a more known brand, and using it to scam people in EU/UK. Dont buy anything from here!!

Brilliant customer service. Order was late being shipped due to unfortunate circumstances and they refunded my shipping cost. They eas very polite

These guys are so wholesome and genuinely down to earth and lovely humans. They accidentally made a small mistake regarding the delivery with my order with a different service because they didn't realise there was a royal mail strike - so the dude who works there personally came and delivered me some gifts to compensate as well as letting me keep the order I placed in the post. Highly recommend. Thanks again man you guys really helped me out.

I found this website when I was searching for UK options of the Høj Klip. I ended up settling with higherpath but was still a little unsure due to the lack of reviews on here. With my uncertainty, I went forward with a credit card rather than a debit card. I received a confirmation email but never received the dispatch confirmation. I kept checking the order link from the confirmation email, which only told me “order placed”. The website stated that the item would be dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm (which it was) This led me to worry a bit, but all was in vain as the item was delivered the next day. Great service and great price.

I'm still waiting my 2 days delivery order.
Unable to reach customer care by chat, they do not respond to mails....

I placed a order for a dynavap vong 2021 in a sale, after placing I got a order confirmation email & nothing more for the 5 days until it was delivered.
That was worrying but it arrived & it was by far cheapest price in UK. Very pleased
