Seen these guys on reddit and despite looking at trustpilot and seeing that they had few reviews I thought that I would give them a try. I'm glad that I did!

I ordered a DynaVap in the black Friday sale for a very good price, customer support were great with answering my (probably very annoying) questions and queries about the order and were very polite and professional. I was alerted that they were having issues with one of their couriers (black Friday is a very busy time of year!), despite this they went out of they way to ensure that I got my DynaVap in a timely manor. All of this while most of the team were ill... The packaging they post with is also lovely and 100% recyclable!

I couldn't recommend these guys more, and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. For those thinking twice about ordering I would say give this small brand/business a chance and help them grow. They are a dedicated and knowledgeable team and have some of the best customer support I have experienced.

I'll prefice this by saying this by saying: they have NOT sponsored/bribed or even asked me to write a review of them, here or anywhere. I am doing this wholeheartedly from my personal experience with them.

I've been seeing them promoting their store on subreddits/posting and were a bit sketched out so here's my experience purchasing from them (spoiler: its great)

I've been considering buying a DynaVap recently and have been posting on a few subreddits to get all the information/questions answered and I got a DM basically promoting their shop. I've got a reddit DM saying this guy is doing the best price and to visit his store, of course im suspicious haha

So low and behold, i check out this website and are greeted with a legit looking website, nice branding, good range of products and real contact information, a surprise to say the least.

Then I saw the deal they told me about: a DynaVap M 2020 with the SlimStash for £70 and that I could get 10% off by signing to their mailing list, fair enough. Thats around the same price if not cheaper than HempElf / VapeFiend, and includes a Stashbox.

So I reached out again to the reddit DMs asking a few questions and explained that of course I were sketched out, and it appears they're a pretty new store, hence the lack of stuff I can find about them online / no immedate trustpilot reviews etc and that they were the original distributors of Rowll (that product, and Higher Path sponsored a DrewIsSharing video) so I figured if they were legit enough for Drew to sponsor them, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, support the independent business and put in an order.
I bought a DynaVap M, a torch and a couple packs of the Rowll (awesome stoner gift/accessory) all while talking to them on reddit DMs. They post your orders before 4pm every day and its on DPD Signed and Tracked Next Day delivery, and asked if they deliver Sunday, what impressed me here was instead of saying: "I don't know", he said he'll call them tommorow with the query and get back to me on that ASAP.
They very kindly decided to throw in a few extra packets of Rowll (thankyou!) and gave me a 10% code off DynaVap products: serks10
(use that code if you want, its up to you. its not an affiliate or anything, i don't get anything out of people using it so its not a promotion for me just to help yall out)

TL;DR
Bit sketched out to begin with, experience with them VERY GOOD, would highly recommend

I cannot fault them at all so far, everything has been like you'd expect from a well-established store, but with better, more friendly customer service.

Was a little skeptical because they didn't have any trustpilot reviews, but have to say all went really well. Loving the Dynavap. It's incredible. Quick shipping and at a great price, what more could you ask for. A free pack of Rowll's. Go on then. Will be back again for sure.
