Recently sold a property through Hills Estate Agents and can highly recommend them. We predominantly dealt with Sarah and Rachel who we found to be very efficient, professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. Emailed to informed of viewings that we’re taking place and then further emails giving feedback. Great agent, would certainly use them again. Thank you.

We bought our new home with Hills and cannot thank them enough! So professional and knowledgeable about the area we bought in! They kept us updated, didn't have to chase them for anything and were just all round lovely people to speak to! Would highly recommend them! 5 star rating!!

I cannot praise Hills Estate Agents enough, they were recommended to me following a bad run with another agent .Best decision I made had viewings, feedback and the eventual sale .If I had questions or worries I could call in or ring them, all the staff were great. Would not use hills again. Had one call in 4 weeks and that was to advise dropping the price. Viewings were happening because I was getting email alerts, just no comms.

We decided to go with Hills to sell our house after interviewing 5 other estate agents and were proved right. A smaller local firm gave a much more personal service than any of the nationals we've used before. The staff in the office seemed happy and friendly and whenever we called to ask for an update they knew what was going on, or found out and called us back as soon as possible. Justin was superb with a thorough knowledge of the local market, and a high degree of professionalism, especially when dealing with multiple offers, and we were more than impressed. Highly recommended.

I bought and sold through Hills in June. They were amazing and I would highly recommend them. Even though we had a few set backs, nothing was too much hassle for the team and they went above and beyond to help us out. Such a great, friendly team. Would definitely use again if needed.

Friendly & efficient service from start to finish

Justin at Hills Estate Agents went above and beyond with his help and support during purchasing our first home. Being first time buyers with little knowledge on whole process, everything was a bit alien to us on what we had to do. Justin answered any questions we had and always kept us up to date with what was going on during the process. We are both very glad that our first house purchase was through Hills, as other estate agents that we had dealt with while searching didn't seem all that human. Whereas the staff at Hills do, they were all very helpful and had great communication skills which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend them!

After getting three companies to value our home, we settled on Hills and completely believe we made the right decision. Justin was the ultimate professional as were the rest of the team whenever I had cause to contact the office. Other estate agents may say that their fixed price ‘fees’ aren’t commission but then charge you for the added extras that are part and parcel of Hills’ excellent service. No only this, but because Justin was so confident that he could get a higher price for our home we sold it for £50k more than the on-line agents said which far outweighed so called ‘commissery’. Their recommendation for the conveyancing was spot on, too, and when challenging negotiations became necessary, Justin stepped up and made a difference. We can’t recommend Hills highly enough, five stars all the way and worth every penny!

The Hills team gave excellent service and honest advice when it was needed. Having dealt with most other estate agents in Worcester, I would use Hills again without doubt. Highly recommended.

Very good, seamless service from Hills. Justin Poolton gave us very good advice in marketing our property via an open day, which generated significant interest from potential buyers and numerous offers. Price achieved was ahead of expectations.

Very Poor Company attitude to potential buyers. Called in to arrange a viewing and was refused. Employee stated they were taking no further viewings and I mentioned that i was interested in putting an offer in for the property. Her response to this was "It's going to sell anyway"...Wow ! To turn away a potential buyer like this is just rude and I asked if she could call the vendor to which she said no. As a vendor i would stay away from this estate agent as they turn away potential buyers.

What a fantastic estate agent. Selling and buying our new house wasn't a smooth ride but Justin and the team at Hills Estate Agents in Worcester made everything so much easier and took the weight off our shoulders the entire journey. Selling my house through Hills was the best decision I have ever made. They are simply the best estate agents I have ever come across and I have moved house eight times. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. They keep in contact throughout the sales process, respond to queries immediately, discuss and advise sensitively. If you’re looking for a letting agent with a professional, courteous, efficient and conscientious team, then Hills are the agents for you. No matter what my query was they were always there to help, they knew their properties well and you always felt valued as a tenant. It’s unfortunate that my current property is not being managed by them instead of one of the bigger, impersonal agents. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to rent in the Worcester area.
