False Advertising & defective to Poor Quality
The Hi Pearl company advertises their pearls as high quality jewelry with most pearls with a rating of “AAAA.” According to their website, “AAAA” stands for “Good to strong luster…95% clean.” There is no real standard rating for pearls which makes it hard for individuals to trust companies. The quality of the pearls they sell I wouldn’t wear let alone gift to someone. The Pearls have pits and blemishes all over and through out that are noticeable from far. I have experienced multiple problems from receiving two different tones - to bent earrings, to uneven placement of the pearl on the stud, to no luster at all along with the pits and blemishes. The quality is so horrifying! In my perspective, their pearls should have been advertised as “A” quality and that is being graceful. Other reviews on here called it thrash- which is true. The original order was placed on October 6 and i have had the earrings replaced three times. The first time, Hi Pearl customer support apologized and acknowledged the earrings i received were “defective.” After receiving the same poor quality- their response from customer support was “ We select the best shape and quality to make this product…. Please understand.” I am no longer concern about the money that was wasted- it is more important to warn others to steer away from this company and not make the same mistake i did trusting this company. If the website allowed for pictures- the pictures alone would reflect their poor quality without having to write the review.
Also- it is true that the wait time is around a month.
Would give zero star if I could
Would give zero star if I could. Order UK000002115 arrived later than expected. Then notice a defective in one of the item. Wanted to really return the whole order as they look so cheap, nothing like website. Have emailed the company several times on their email address provided but no reply and even submit several tickets.

Es wurde Ware in Höhe von über 100 Euro bestellt die zurückgehen soll. Laut Internetseite hat man ein Rückgaberecht von 60 Tagen und um weitere Informationen zur Retoure zu bekommen, soll man HiPearl per e-Mail kontaktieren. Nach mehreren e-Mails und Tage kommt keine Rückmeldung. So das man nicht weiss wie und wohin die Retoure gehen soll.
Ein Anwalt wird hinzugezogen, denn man hat kein Geld zu verschenken.
Ich sag nur FINGER WEG von HiPearl.
Man hätte sich die Bewertungen vor einer Bestellung durchlesen sollen.
Werde auf jedenFall andere Wege einleiten.

Finger weg von diesem absolut unzuverlässigen Anbieter!! Ich habe vor einigen Wochen dort eine Bestellung in Höhe von über 100 Euro aufgegeben und warte seitdem darauf, dass diese Bestellung überhaupt erstmal in den Versand geht!!
Auch auf eine Mail und auf ein Ticket, dass ich schon vor x-Tagen eingestellt habe, bekomme ich keinerlei Reaktion!!
Das ist ein Grotten-schlechter Kundenservice!
Ich kann nur hoffen, dass mein Geld nicht futsch ist (Bezahlung erfolgte natürlich im Voraus per PayPal!!) und ich doch noch irgendwann die Sendung bekomme!!
War eigentlich als Weihnachtsgeschenk gedacht, aber offensichtlich muss ich mich jetzt nach was anderem umsehen!

First of all, yes—the photos on the website look stunning. But that’s literally the only good thing about this brand.
The actual product is an absolute joke. The pearls aren’t polished at all, the metal feels cheap, and the finish looks nothing like the pictures online. The gap between the metal and the pearl is ridiculously huge, even though the website photos show a “perfect fit.” It’s blatant false advertising.
And let’s talk about shipping: the website claims delivery in 5–7 days, but in reality it takes more than twice as long. Another lie on top of the already misleading product photos.
To put it bluntly, this brand relies on pretty pictures to scam people into impulse buying. The product is nowhere near worth the price—honestly, it feels like low-quality factory junk. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on this brand (very likely another mass-produced Chinese knockoff brand).

I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying from HiPearl. This company is fraudulent and misleading. The so-called “pearls” they sell are completely fake, nothing like what they advertise on their website. When I received my order, the quality was cheap, clearly imitation, the colour of Tahitian pearl faded after 10days of wearing and nowhere near worth the money I paid.
When I tried to raise my concerns, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They refuse to take responsibility and make refunds extremely difficult, even though they are knowingly selling fake products. If you’re considering buying from them—don’t. Save your money and buy from a reputable jeweller instead.

I ordered the black pearl and received a bright green that I could have bought at a $2.00 shop
They make it very difficult to return and expect you to keep what they send.
It cost me $200.00 Au for a pice of garbage worth $5.00
Don’t order from them it’s a new way of scamming people.
Never order from them again

I've purchased numerous times and different items .... from pink pearl sets of pendants and earrings to my favorite animal pendants!!!!!!
When purchasing that many items I did have1 item that I had a complaint about...
Hipearl not only "made it right" I found the company went far above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction!!!!!!
I do find pendants like the spider and angler fish to be the cutest!!!! They make an adorable collection hanging from my rear view mirror of my sports car !!!!! Their also way too cute to just be hidden in the jewerly box....
This is an online company that stands by their craftsmanship and insisted on your complete satisfaction !!!!

75 Euro für Chinamüll der 2 Wochen hebt.
Ich habe für 75 € eine Kette in Kaninchenform gekauft, der Bauch des Kaninchen ist eine große weiße Perle.
Die Kette hat einen Monat gebraucht bis sie aus China angeliefert wurde.
Für mich als Kundin war jedoch nicht vorher feststellbar das es sich um Chinesischen billigramsch handelt.
Als die Kette endlich da war sah man sofort das es sich um minderwertige Materialien handelt- ich habe die Kette trotzdem getragen.
Nach 2 Wochen ist jedoch die perle aus dem Bauch gefallen
- ich habe reklamiert und warte jetzt schonwieder seid 4 Wochen auf die ersatzkette.
Kundenservice- Fehlanzeige
Produkte die verkauft werden - billiger Chinamüll der für MASSIG Geld verkauft wird
Fazit- bitte lasst die Finger davon - NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT

PEAR: keine Reaktion vom Kundendienst
Bisher war ich immer sehr zufrieden mit den Versand und allem. Jetzt habe ich einen Luftkühler bestellt, der schnell geliefert, aber bei der Lieferung beschädigt wurde.Der Karton ist defekt und leider ist bei dem Gerät auch ein Teil rausgeplatzt. Nach Reklamierung und Anforderung des Rücksndescheins, hat PEARL zwar in meinem Kunden-Account einen Retoureschein bereit gestellt, nur kann man diesen Schein nicht anklicken oder ausdrucken. Nach mehr maligen Anschreiben des Kundendienst, hat sich nichts getan. Keine Antwort und man hat zwar wieder einen Retoureschein bereitgestellt, das Problem bleibt das selbe. Nun werde ich das Gerät so zurück schicken. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde bei PEARL nichts mehr bestellen. Für mich unverständlich, wie man so mit Kunden umgehen kann.

I had an issue with the product I purchased. Not the fault of Hipearl. I asked for a refund, but since there was nothing wrong with the product, they offered me a different solution. Ms Grace was cordial and extremely helpful. Because of her diligent work, the issue was solved. Very good customer service!
