tolle Designs zu erschwinglichen Preisen

Da die Sachen aus China kommen, dauert die Lieferung eine Weile, man muss etwas Geduld haben. Aber die Sachen sind sehr originell designed, die Perlenqualität ist gut und der Preis absolut erschwinglich. Dazu ist der Support extrem gut, sie versuchen immer zu helfen wenn etwas nicht i.O ist und sind sehr grosszügig und freundlich. Daumen hoch für diese Firma !!

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing! Glad I took a chance even with mixed reviews. Arrived quickly. I bought 2 necklaces and received 2 free items with them, my only gripe is they're a bit smaller than I thought. Amazing detail on the "dragon playing w/ pearl" necklace, he even has little teeth!

PHOTOGRAPH IS BETTER THAN PRODUCT

The earrings area huge disappointment! They photographed much better and larger than they are.
They have a generous return policy, however, they make it very difficult and costly to return the item. I chose to forego returning them because the net difference between the cost of the item and the cost to return wasn't worth it. I simply will not order from them again.

Urig gewachsene Perlen zu aussergewöhnlichem Schmuck gearbeitet

Jedes Mal wieder bin ich begeistert über die wunderschön verarbeiteten Creationen von Hi Pearls. Ich habe schon ein paar Male hier Perlenschmuck bestellt und bin begeisterter Fan geworden! Das - für Europa - eher ungewöhnliche, einzigartige Design des Hi Pearl-Schmucks löst auch grosse Freude bei meinen Freundinnen aus, zum Beispiel zu Weihnachten oder Geburtstagen.
Ähnliches oder Vergleichbares gibt es bei uns im Handel/Verkauf einfach nicht, da liegt der klassische Stil (geknotete, runde Perlen als Kette, gefaßt, oder als Ohrstecker).
Richtig urig gewachsene Perlen zu originellen Ohrringen oder Anhänger zu verarbeiten, das erhält man hier in Deutschland nicht. Da meine Freundinnen und ich zwar schon Ü60 sind, aber noch flippig - und nicht bereit sind für das obligatorische Twinset und Faltenrock … tragen wir unsere Perlen eben auch gerne gegen den damenhaften Modestream! Unsere Generation war/ist Punk und New Wave! Unser Schmuck auch … anders, gegen den Strom! Meine grösste Anerkennung den Designern und den kunsthandwerklichen Künstlern, die diese Werke schaffen!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY...

I ordered several items at the start of December for Christmas that delivery said would be in time for Christmas Day. They arrived the second week in January. I tried to cancel the order before January but was told I couldn't cancel all and could only have a £20 discount. I've tried to reach out as the 60 DAY RETURN states but I'm not receiving any communication at all. Stay clear of this company.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! It took them three weeks to even process my order which was a Valentine’s Day gift. Now I have to go out and purchase something else because it still hasn’t even shipped! Zero communication unless I reach out to them and the response was the time between my order and them processing was too long to cancel so I would be charged!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!!!

Why did I give this company such a rating?

The story began in November of last year when I ordered a pair of pearl earrings from this company as a gift for my wife. There was a discount, festive gift packaging, and an offer of an additional, less expensive pair of earrings for free. But! I wasn’t sure if my order would arrive before Christmas. After corresponding with customer service, they assured me that everything would arrive on time. I trusted them. And indeed, it did.

I gave my wife the pearl earrings, but my dear wife noticed that the earrings were... different colors—one was green, and the other was gray. That’s how this unexpected problem came to light... I was angry, and my wife was a bit disappointed.

After New Year's, I contacted customer service again and had to wait quite a while for a response. But eventually, they replied—apologizing for the mistake and assuring me that they would send another pair of earrings in the same green color. They also told me that I didn’t need to return the mismatched pair I had received in December.

I relaxed a bit and started wondering how many months it would take for the new earrings to arrive. But to my surprise—and to the company’s great credit—the earrings arrived in January, just 10 days after our conversation.

I want to say a big thank you to HiPearl for their compensation and customer care. I recommend this company as a good manufacturer of earrings and a seller that treats its customers with integrity.

Scam- BEWARE / Fraud

I have waited around month since my order was placed, no update or response’s. I have sent multiple emails.

I placed a large order for multiple products. To receive no reply or response. Some of the worst customer experience. I have ever had.

Terrible customer service, definitely a fraudulent site and I would suggest using another website.

I am now in discussions with my payment provider to do a reverse back charge to recover my money.

Bad quality, long wait

I ordered on Jan 5th and then heard nothing for a very long time. The order arrived today, on Jan 28th. I did reach out to customer service and they responded to me and offered me an apology item.

The items are very cute and unique in their design. But as a person who wears a lot of pearl and owns some very expensive, real pearl jewelry, there is no way that the material used in this jewelry isn’t plastic. The “pearl” is way too light, extremely easy to scratch, and the metal parts aren’t glued on properly. J ordered the shark necklace, the sharks tail turns if you just touch it lightly. I’m afraid it will fall apart soon.

Overall, pretty pricey for cheap and bad quality, and you’re going to have to wait forever until your order arrives. Customer service was okay though, and the designs are unique.
