ITS A SCAM!

This website is a scam that's all it is please don't buy anything from them. I placed an order a month before Christmas and paid $25 for expedited shipping and still haven't received it. It's January 10th. I also try to call customer service and the caller ID says dancin queen and no matter what hour you call it says they are not open. Please don't make the same mistake run away from this company it's a SCAM!

Had a small problem which was immediately resolved by the Customer Satisfaction Team. The ring order is beautiful and a true sparkler! Much prettier in person. Very happy with purchase.

Scam website

Scam website. Nothing has shipped, order says it's been in pending status since 12/15/24. Was given the same copy pasted email everyone is getting. Then Was told it would ship on 1/05/25. Asked where the order was and they told me it failed quality. I went ahead and asked for a refund as others are having the same issues and they are removing comments on Facebook claiming they are a scam.
Update: they reached out and told me that it would be shipped on the 16th, it is now the 18th. Customer service only responds once every 4 days. I emailed Mandy song with no response.
Update 2: when tracking my order it says it's an invalid order on their website now. Still no refund. Commented warning others on their Facebook and it was removed. They reached out in messenger.

Ordered my jewelry on Dec 7th and been…

Ordered my jewelry on Dec 7th and been giving the run around each time I inquired. I filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. They responded after that and promised to ship on 1/3/25. Now I can't check my order anymore on their website. They removed my email. I think I need to accelerate this dispute with PayPal asap before time runs out.

It is scam?

I made a purchase more than a fortnight ago and I still have no status of my purchase. I don't know if this site is a scam or what is going on? I need that item before the 16th because it is for a gift for my future wife. It doesn't seem to be a reliable site, they don't communicate with you after the purchase.

Terrible Customer Service

It has been almost a month since I have placed my order EN000005414 and it is still pending! My order totaled to $182. Two weeks after the order when I first reached out I was told it was expedited but still two more weeks later and it’s still pending! I sent multiple emails and multiple tickets to no response. I even tried calling the listed number only to receive the same message to call at business hours which I was! Will not be ordering from here again! The lack of response is terrible! I just want to know when I will get my order!!!!

The company sent something different…

The company sent something different than what was pictured. They blamed us for not reading the description - silly that we only looked at the 10 pics they provided! Now they refuse to refund or send the promised item. They offered a 10% refund, then 40% - this thing cost over $100 and we got scammed! BEWARE!!

Update: Emailed the address provided, have waited 5 days and have not heard from the "manager". They have offered a 50% discount if I settle for their scam.

I have not received my order yet!!!! I ordered on Dec. 17, 2024 and even paid for expedite. I didn't honestly expect it by Christmas, but when I check the status it still says pending with no response from the company. My order number is EN000007151.

Company is a scam

Like many others are saying, I ordered on 12/8 and spent over $130 and get no response from this company. The jewelery looks cool but I think I just got robbed of my money. I've emailed atleast 5 separate times with no response. Order# EN000005850. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

I am a independent jewelry designer and
I recently discovered that this website has stolen my jewelry designs, including my original product images and even the photos of myself wearing my pieces. They are using my exact images without permission or credit, which is not only unethical but also illegal. As a jewelry designer, I pour my heart into creating unique pieces, and it’s incredibly frustrating to see someone else profit off of my hard work without any consent.

I strongly advise other buyers to be cautious when purchasing from this site. The product you purchased will NOT be the same from the picture listed because they do not even have them in stock! If they are willing to steal from independent designers, who knows what else they might be misleading you about? Please be aware that this website is not only engaging in dishonest practices but also violating intellectual property rights.

Support genuine artists and businesses that respect the work and creativity of others!

After sending HiPearl email reporting this and HiPearl never replied to me, never contacted me for apology. I still see my products and pictures listed on their website!

Please, do not support this fraudulent website. If they are willing to steal from independent creators like myself, they will likely deceive you in other ways too. Avoid them at all costs!

I changed the rating to 4 stars from 1 because the necklace did arrive eventually and it's very pretty. It was supposed to be a Christmas/ 70th birthday gift for our mom and she lives in a different country, so giving it to her later was not an option. So all this was very upsetting. I received 50% refund and a gift necklace which is also very pretty.
They say shipping is now fixed, but feom newer reviews i see it still takes long. So, if you have time to wait then order. If you need the items asap, I would probably not go for it.

I placed an order on 3rd December, then emailed to have the picture in the necklace changed. I got a reply very fast,however, I haven't received my order yet, and the account still shows the order is being PROCESSED! I sent 2 emails already and tried contacting customer service, but nothing. I'm now pretty sure my mom's Christmas gift will never arrive. Very very disappointing.
My order number is UK000000793 but how you're gonna get this to me by 23rd December, even if you see this like right now, I have no idea. So I want my money back 100%!

My hubby and I brought his mum a pearl…

My hubby and I brought his mum a pearl with beads necklace and we are very pleased with it. They kept us up to date with our order. Must admit we were very nervous when we read some of the reviews we thought what have we done, but im so glad we ignored the reviews and we are delighted with what we brought his mum.
