Worth the wait

I did have to wait a while for my product to arrive, but the service team was behind me every step of the way and the earings were really lovely when they arrived.

Very positive experience!

I've bought the duck necklace and earrings, finely made. The experience with their customer service has been extra positive: fast, available and understanding. They've solved a problem immediately and were very kind!
Would recommend and will buy again!

Nothing like the pictures

I bought two of these. They are NOTHING like the pictures. It is chinese plastic rubbish not even a 5 yrs old would wear. And no return policy as they will not provide e return label and will take off the cost of TWO ways shipping. So in they just offered to refund the 20 per cent of what was spent. After I wrote this experience on this website, they offered to refund another 40 per cent getting to a total of 60 per cent refund. It is obviously non yet the 100 per cent that I would have received with a regular return policy.

Pretty sure this site is a scam

Pretty sure this site is a scam. I placed an order on August 27th for one pair of earrings that I was hoping to wear for an event. I even paid an additional $25 for expedited shipping. I check this morning (September 3) 7 days later and my order still says ‘processing’ I’ve attempted to call their number multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail even during their office hours. I reached out to them, but haven’t heard anything back yet. My entire order was over $80 and I’ll probably never get my money back. I do not recommend doing business with this site.

What started off as a bad experience

What started off as a bad experience, was quickly addressed and the correct merchandise was received. My order was only partially filled, with no explanation. I sent an email and was contacted the next day. They looked into the matter and immediately resolved the problem. I received the missing merchandise, and I'm extremely pleased with it. I will definitely order again.

The items are really cute

The items are really cute and very original. But don't be in a hurry to receive them as they are made to order and it does take a while, but it's worth it in the end and they send little gifts along as well.

Worth the wait!

It was a long wait, but when I contacted customer service, they replied immediately and assured me that each piece is unique and might take a bit of time, but that my piece would be there soon. It arrived, and the pearl fish is totally adorable… just lovely. And they also sent a cute bonus necklace. Will order again. Thank you!
