Thanks for leaving us a review, we have replied to both emails explaining where there has been some confusion with your order regarding the product labeling. We're very sorry for this confusion and that you have not received our emails clearing this up. We have also replied to your latest email sent yesterday so hope this now comes through to you also (we'd recommend checking your junk/spam folder).
good chain
good chain. love these loop type chains and the rings are quite big enough for any type of U/D lock that you may want to use for added safety

Super fast shipping
Communication was plentiful, shipping was extremely fast.. (and trackable).. despite the weight and dimensions stated and given.. its still a chunky heavyweight that catches you by surprise. Can't actually rate the product.. to be truthful, don't want to be put in that position.. am hoping and trusting all " bench tests" on YouTube etc are accurate and potential thieves are discouraged

Good delivery from Hiplok and Installation
Good delivery from Hiplok, product was easy to install, I do feel Hiplok should supply wall plugs for the screws as the plugs need to be large to hold the 4" screws. Overall this is a good product and gives me confidence that my bikes are secure.

Lock it great
Lock it great, I trust it to keep my bike safe. It's very heavy. Chain is too short to use on my bike in the wild but works great at home securing multiple.
