Large Cargo Van hire
Competitive pricing, convenient pick up and drop off and the van (Toyota Hiace ZX) was in immaculate condition and a pleasure to drive (4 day rental for trips up and down the country). Really friendly helpful team, I was nervous about driving a big van but the whole process was easy.

Excellent Service. Would hire from them again
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Atawhai. I was having a bad day and she brightened it for me with her bubbly temperament and positive attitude. The van was clean and tidy and fresh and drove well.

Poor refund experience
I have used Hireace a number of times with no issues however I have experienced an issue with a booked and paid for cancellation. The cancellation was done 32 days prior to the booked date so no issue there. The actual cancellation took place 17 days ago and I am yet to receive the refund despite 2 follow up phone calls. I can recommend them on all levels EXCEPT REFUNDS.
