The vehicle I got was exactly I booked, and it ran so well.
Because it was diesel, fuel was cheaper. Quick to check in and check out. I got free ride on shuttle to the airport quickly. It was a big help.

The whole process was very easy and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a simple and stress-free car rental experience. Car was very decent as well.

Awesome Staff and service, Just a bit of confustion around the platinum insurance when booking trailers.

The vehicle was in great order despite higher kms, while the staff were exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. Online booking was simple, transport to and from the airport was hassle free and the hire rates were very affordable. The hire experience overall was fantastic.

Had a great experience with Hireace Wellington. We were flying in for a family event. Six adults and one baby. Pick up and drop off to the airport. We hired a 10 seater van so we would have plenty of room.

The process to book was easy as online.

Location was just minutes away from the airport. After hours Shuttle service was prompt on arrival and also the return trip back to the airport when we left.

The staff were great to deal with. Knowledgeable, polite and friendly- in particular Amid from Windy Shuttle service and Liam from Hireace.

The seats were comfortable, baby car seat already installed (very reasonable one off hireage fee for the duration of the trip) and lots of room for luggage.

We hired a large box body truck over multiple days from Hireace Henderson. A good truck that was well maintained.
The booking process was simple with a very good follow-up and early online check in process that saved a lot of time when picking the truck up.
Good location in Henderson too.
Admin staff outlined the insurance and costs in a clear manner.
Off hire process was straight forward.
