I approve of this brand
I’m very impressed, bought a Hisense fridge a few months ago and it’s top quality. Looks fantastic, works just the way you would expect a fridge to. Nothing bad to say about it.
Hisense TV - Sound issues.
TV has sound issues and Hisense customer service is appalling and dismissive over a period of 4 months. Email responses are intermittent and when examining the TV associated the sound error to third party even when proven otherwise. Hisense delay and avoid correspondence and do not adhere to their 3 year warranty. Hisense's behaviour is not only unprofessional but also appears to violate the terms of the warranty agreement.

The other day I bought a Hisense TV, I was told it did the following as stated in Google 'you can pre-program a Hisense TV to change channels automatically, primarily using the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) and its scheduling features. This allows... triggering the TV to switch to the corresponding channel as designated".
When I got it home and set it up to my dismay I found IT DOES NOT perform the above function.
With great difficulty I eventually managed to get through to HISENSE CUSTOMER SERVICE which is APPALLING, only to be told Hisense TVS CANNOT BE PREPROGRAMED TO CHANGE CHANNELS AUTOMATICALLY.
So basically I was sold a lie, regardless I would never recommend any Hisense product as the after sales service is virtually nonexistent, absolutely APPALLING. Spend your money with another manufacturer. And the customer services guy in Chat "help" seemed to agree!
Avoid at all costs.
I cannot stress enough the extent to which you should go to avoiding the purchase of a Hisense product.
The customer service is largely non-existent. I will provide my example:
1) Registered product online via their portal as I was attempting to lodge a warranty claim.
2) The online portal did not recognise my registration for a week, so I spoke with the chatbot to get it registered.
3) Provided images of my issue which was a leak in the drum seal due to a faulty drum, which to me seems a pretty run-of-the-mill issue which should be covered by a product warranty.
4) Did not get back to me in agreed timeframe
5) Called the customer service team, was placed on hold. Whilst placed on hold, I received an email saying that my issue is not covered by warranty.
6) Customer service then re-opens the line, says "we've just gotten back to you", which was essentially immediately followed by a "if you don't agree, you can escalate to...". The tone of this (and you will have to take me at my word, was a sort of inevitability, as in this happens close to 100% of the time.
In closing, I advise anyone reading this to avoid the purchase of a Hisense product unless you have the intent of replacing every 18-24 months.

So spoke to Michelle from support Team don’t think they know the definition sorry if I spelt you name wrong care factor non existent . Show some empathy woman just the short conversation we had seems like you need support. Before the conversation their is a recording verbal abuse will not be tolerated you must take a lot of abuse honestly find another job instead of ticking the boxes then passing the responsibility onto someone else , then saying its UP TO YOU to call the repairer and he doesn’t bother to call back. Show some common sense any exceptional support worker would make contact and organise it . But you’re not exceptional are you where’s the customer services these days . From Good -Guys to Hisense Support Bad form more like Bad-Guys and Lowsense of morality Dam I’m on fireer.
Pathetic customer service
Pathetic customer service. I would leave no stars but do not have this option. Absolute waste of time. and frankly who in Hisense management reads these comments anyway.

Unbelievable how bad Hisense customer service is. You get better experience with Temu. Shocking! Not only will I never ever buy anything Hisense, don't matter how good or how cheap or who sponsors! What a bunch incompetent organisation! They knew they'll be abused on the phone, that's why they give you that ultimatum.!

Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They send me a fridge where the freezer part isn’t cooling . It has been going back and forth for months. No replacement or someone fixing it . I am so over them . Never ever ever I buy from them again . So disgusting the way they treat customers .
Won't Buy Hisense Again
I purchased a new Hisense 8 KG Heat Pump Dryer; I waited 2 weeks to have it delivered and the first time I attempted to dry clothes it broke. I understand products can be defective, but the company's lack of customer service is frustrating. I made a video and sent it to the email they requested, yet they did not get back to me within the timeframe they said they would. When I emailed them asking for a response they said I hadn't sent the video correctly, after I did what they asked they didn't respond to me. I'm now spending money to fix their defective product just so I can use it. This was the first and will be the last Hisense product I will ever buy.
Our fridge is not cooling
Our fridge is not cooling. It is under warranty. It has been 11 days now and Harvey Norman have sent a fault note and 2 emails. NO response.I may have to join the class action.
Zero customer service
My TV stopped working after just four months, and Hisense refused to offer any help. Instead, they blamed me, claiming I must have damaged it—without being able to explain how or what was damaged. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and downright insulting. As someone who is disabled and lives alone, I know for a fact the TV was never knocked over or mishandled. They refused to listen or take responsibility. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Avoid Hisense at all costs—they clearly don’t care about their customers.

After 3 months our dishwasher stopped working. Technician came after a week and didn't have the part needed. After several emails and 3/6 phone answered calls and 8 weeks, we returned it to the retailer, got a refund and bought a different brand. Hisense has no sense of responsibility or urgency. DO NOT RISK IT!

Worst support I've ever experienced !!
From the day I purchased this television and set it up at home, It has had Bluetooth audio issues.
When watching anything, Free to air, Netflix, Prime, for some reason you randomly get bad distortion through the Bluetooth audio device. I originally thought it was my sound bar so i connected another Bluetooth audio device and exactly the same thing happened. There's no distortion when using SPDIF or using TV sound, only Bluetooth devices.
Here's the big problem, Support is so bad they couldn't care less. I tried calling and no one answers the call, I tried sending them an email and no reply, I tried their online messaging system and nothing. Today I tried the Hisense online chat and was told and I quote " We generally recommend having external products and brands plugged into the unit not via Bluetooth as we cant guarantee compatibility since it isn't our brand". I'm pretty sure Bluetooth is Bluetooth. there's no such thing as compatibility.
So, I'm now emailing Bing Lee for a full refund as Hisense doesn't mention Bluetooth compatibility issues with other brands in their documentation. If that fails its an email to Dept Fair Trading.
This was my first and last Hisense product !!

Hisense is the worst company for customer service and products! We purchased a Hisense fridge ten months ago and all the shelves have broken and the paint is coming off the rims. When we attempted to discuss the issue, limited/no interest. We have been waiting two months for an assessor to attend after being “high priority “. Still no contact. Fridge /freezer can now no longer be used and we continue to wait. Even their complaints department does not return emails or phone calls. Will never be buying anything Hisense again and will be telling everyone
