Comfortable seats
Comfortable seats, decent legs room, friendly and polite staff ( especially on London Stansted - Oradea ). The only reason I offer 4 stars is the price, which can be a little bit spicy sometimes.
They don't respond to emails
They don't respond to emails, their representatives don't speak English(even on the English extension), they do not provide service at all.
BEWARE of this company-they are refunding only half of the fee after cc-ing their CEO.
This is a JUNK airline. Terms and Conditions page is down(how convenient)
I do not recommend them at all. Find another one even more expensive-worth the money

Less than one star more like minus 5. Reasons:
1. Uptight personnel that treats you like garbage
2. Never allowed to incline your seat
3. Procedure calls for the flight “attendant” to check ticket upon walking into the plane because there were times when people embarked the plane with other tickets or with no ticket at all!
(Let me explain, today there was only one flight, the only plane. How can you give this explanation?? Moreover we were outside on the staircase cold and raining but the geniuses were checking tickets)

Not many customer service agents, better call in the morning or you will stay in the phone for 5min before being disconnected. They don't reply to emails, claims take a month to process

Am avut o experienta placuta ! Am zburat din New York spre Otopeni. Zborul fara intarziere, scaune confortabile, 2 mese incluse , personal amabil . Mult succes in continuare !

Honesty? Y’all book a 40 dollar flight and expect 5 stars restaurant service.. but honestly? I really like them! Comfortable seats, average to good legroom, and good service.. and on time! And good takeoff and landing.. Y’all being crybabies bc they are genuinely good (no offence, my personal experience by flying with them like 5 times.)

This company is not serious at all
This company is not serious at all. I booked a flight with them and my flight was cancelled. They offered me different options to fly on the same date but with double the price. So I requested a refund instead and I did not receive all the money and it also lasted about 2 weeks. But they took my money from my credit card instantly. So I cannot use my money to buy other tickets.
I do not recommend this company at all.

Am zburat cu Hisky de 6 ori până în prezent, nu există o dată în care să nu existe o întârziere de cel puțin 30 de minute. Prost organizat, și nu mi se pare normal acest aspect. Nu mi se pare normal ca de fiecare dată să fie întârzieri neanunțate, și clienții să stea în fața porții de fiecare dată fără să știm cât este întârzierea. Vă rog încercați să reîmprospătați organizarea că e praf. În rest angajații sunt respectuoși și locurile din avion sunt curate.

I fly quet a lot but i ever flew with such an unplasent flying Company.
They charge you 40 euro for a very small bag and actually wait to charge you on the check in.

Be careful about luggage. Although measured at home and on site on the measurement disposals, and respected the measurement, the hisky representative insisted that it is not a hand luggage, but a large cabin luggage and extra charged 40 Euros. It was my first interaction with this company, and the last one. I had a flight from Bucharest to Timisoara (direct flight) that should take 50 minutes. When I arrived at the airport I saw that the destination is Oradea, not Timisoara. When I asked why they said that "we have a stop in Oradea". When I booked my flight the departure time was 19:00 and arrival time 19:50. I talked to a person next to me that booked his flight from Bucharest to Oradea and we have the same arrival time (in 2 different destinations). How is that possible?
Flexibilitate și suport rapid
Am realizat că am selectat din greșeală o oră nepotrivită pentru zbor și i-am contactat în mai puțin de 24 de ore (apreciez că oferă suport chiar și în weekend!). Între timp, mi-am cumpărat un nou bilet cu ora corectă, nefiind sigur că vor putea face o modificare fără penalizare. Spre surprinderea mea, echipa HiSky a rezolvat rapid situația și mi-a oferit rambursarea completă pentru biletul cu ora greșită.👏✈️
