HomeArama are a great company to order from. They keep you up to date on the progress of your order and answer any queries promptly and politely. I have ordered Elephant Parade items from them several times and have always been very happy with the service I received and the products themselves when they arrived. My order went through with ease but, the discount code was not so easy to find. The rug came in good time, but I was not please with the packing. The rug came folded up in a square parcel and not rolled up as expected.It took over a week to lose the folds.

Whilst we are pleased you found the ordering process easy we are sorry you found the discount code not easy to find. To be honest the one you used is in semi retirement as we have since issued new ones and so, whilst still live, it is kind of at the back of the queue, we apologise.
The folding of the rug was adopted by Pappelina some years ago to reduce their carbon footprint. They did indeed use to be rolled but now the folded option takes around half the space thus reducing shipment costs and emissions. The box itself is fully recyclable.
We understand the initial folds are annoying but they will, as you have discovered, drop out over a few days, less if on a heated floor. They can also always be ironed flat, simply drape a tea towel over the fold and then gently iron flat on a medium to high temperature.
Now the Hugo rug is in its chosen place we do hope it is looking good and giving you pleasure.
