Quick efficient on time

We were happy with the 2seater Sofa Bed received. The size, quality and colour was perfect. The delivery was on time as stipulated and would definitely recommend buying any household items from Home Garden Direct.

I had to return a chair as it was damaged. Nick, was super helpful and sympathetic. The customer service was amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Quick delivery and easy build. Unfortunately one wrong size pillow was sent but after contacting customer services this was dealt with professionally and new cushion received within under a week.
Nick was great with correspondence and resolving the problem.

We ordered this table and chairs after moving house. I was a little sceptical I must say after only having 60 odd trustpilot reviews, but we took the chance and I'm so glad we did.

Gorgeous chairs and table, the navy blue matches our curtains to perfection and the table is completely solid and was super easy to put together - I wish all flat pack was this easy!!!

Only downfall was the shipping, it stated 2/4 working days and it took 2 weeks, HOWEVER! Nick from Home & Garden was super helpful and went above and beyond with updates in regards to shipping and timings. I should mention we live on the Isle of Wight, so i should have known it wasn't going to be 2/4 days, totally my fault.

I would definitely not hesitate to order from this company in the future.

Excellent company and great communication when one of our parcels was missing on delivery due to the delivery company. It was followed up and they phoned me to let me know all quickly and efficiently. But more importantly, the garden sofa and table is great quality. Really pleased. Will order again from here.
