Recently, I orderd a tomtoc 16" laptop carry sleeve. My delivery came early but unfortunately, after opening the delivery box I discovered I had been inadvertantly sent the wrong size sleeve. I then contacted tomtoc and they acknowledged I had been sent the wrong product. Their Customer Service department kept in touch with me, sometimes twice a day, until the matter was resolved and arrangements put in place to send me the correct product which I originaly ordered. Surprisingly, I was permitted to keep the wrong product which I currently had, thus sparing me the inconvenience of the reboxing, printing new connote and attending the local Post Office to send it off. I start work early and finish late so getting to the Post Office before closing is difficult. I really appreciated not having to go through the process of returning the wrong item. Their customer service is outstanding. I feel confident that any future orders I have with tomtoc will be safe and in the event of a problem arising tomtoc will value me as a customer and resolve the problem to my satisfaction.

Great Value Product with full details delivered quickly

Ordered 4 items and all got delivered via express post.

3 worked as described and one item (cable) worked but not as expected. HomeKit offered refund if we posted back but seemed like we would’ve been out of pocket for postage. For the sake of $10 I couldn’t be bothered.

It does not charge very fast and will not charge past 80% in my smart watch 4 and that takes most of the day. Would not recommend. But disapatching and arrival excellent.

Great service and very competitive price

The Thunderbolt 4 dock is reasonable in price, performs as expected and connects without any issues with 14" Macbook Pro 2021. All my extra peripherals connect to it. Downside is there is no HDMI port. Support from Keith was very good and helpful. Delivery was fast and item is in perfect condition.

HomeKit Australia always deliver fantastic service! Their customer service is responsive and their electronics are reliable. I never have any issues with quality. In particular their equipment is perfect for Apple gear which is known for getting errors with many brands.

I ordered 3 items on Tuesday evening, by Wednesday it was shipped and they had refunded me due to an offer the system hadn’t recognised. They also took the time to warn me that one item would need a full charge on arrival. The package arrived by Friday and everything is as expected and great quality.

Fast delivery for some miscellaneous IT related items shipped in WA, no issues so far.

Poor communication, they do not read responses to their emails.
Slow website.
Never use again.

Items were sent WRAPPED in a plastic postal bag, NOT IN IT, and while the creative packing had tape on the bag overlap and one side, the other side was left completely open so that half of my order had fallen out and was missing when the package arrived.

I promptly sent an email to the stoer@homekit address, but as of today, 9 days have passed without a reply.

Disappointing lack of care.
