I had an issue with the first thunderbolt SSD case that was sent but they sent out a replacement at no extra cost and it's all working now. Great customer service and product works great also.

I'm very happy with HomeKit. My order was lost by Australia Post the first time (NOT HomeKit's fault), and when I let them know, they immediately sent me the order again by Express Post.The measure of true service is how they dealt with the problem - thanks guys

Love the look and feel of your products, they feel high quality which is what I’m after.
However, must say I was surprised that the recent 65W dual charger units I bought actually have the logo upside down when plugged into the wall. A small unplanned error by whoever designed the layout.

The watcher charger on MagSafe and Apple Watch duo charger does not work.

I purchased a Thunderbolt 4 dock with 2TB of SSD to go with a yet to be purchased 24” iMac as the price was about 1/2 that of the 2TB Apple upgrade.
The item arrived in Canberra 4 days after being posted from WA; excellent.
Plugged it in and things fired up.
To get it to work on my iMac 27” I purchased a Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 converter. Which is rated at 10Gb rather than 40Gb for thunderbolt 4.
Plugged in and erased and formatted the drive. Tested drive with Blackmagic - read and writes were 3 times faster than the internal 1Tb fusion drive. Excellent result. Expect even better results when plugged in to a new iMac.

Be aware that the unit comes with a Crucial 2TB unit which is not as fast as other 2TB units (which are significantly more expensive). Also one socket is a type B and the other a type M (which has the Crucial SSD installed).
The build quality is excellent. Note that it comes with a rather large power supply, but that is to be expected, given that it requires 20V@6A.

My first Thunderbolt 4 cable was despatched promptly and arrived here on the Gold Coast two days earlier than expected. As for the 2m cable - it is very fast and probably explains the early arrival of the product. Another great result for me dealing with HomeKit Australia.

My items were in the post within hours of purchase and arrived quickly, but 2 pieces were missing. I contacted Keith at Homekit Australia, and they were in the post that evening, arriving in Sydney, from Perth, 2 days later.
While I was dissapointed the pieces were not in the original parcel, it was fixed as soon as they were contacted, and they added an extra cable as an apology.
In my email conversation with Keith, he basically stated that they had messed up and it should not have happened.
Most places make you work to get errors fixed. This was refreshing.

The 4 port GaN Charger is a great buy - you can never have too many ports - and this one supports 2 USB-C and 2USB-A2. As companies' charging protocols evolve having a high quality charger that supports more than one type of charging is a bonus - especially when travelling. Having 3 plugs for when we can travel internationally again will be appreciated. Delivery time to Canada was excellent given current transportation difficulties. Great product, great service.

Prompt service and VERY good price. One (minor) quibble ... I bought two SSDs with two different external; cases. One case came with installation instructions but the second didn't (and it wasn't obvious). Now, both installed and very happy.

Regular customer and have bought numerous products. Unfortunately this time the mag safe chargers stopped working after 2 weeks.

The dock does not hold two NVMEs for some reason second slot does accept a ssd fan is to load
