Great buying experience.

The buying experience cannot be faulted. Very genuine and was able to provide insight into my needs.

The Meross Smart plugs, once setup work great and are far more stable than the Cygnett versions I had been using.

The initial HomeKit pairing experience with these plugs is unfortunately very poor. The only way I managed to get all 3 plugs connected to WiFI and HomeKit was to perform a "reset all network settings" in iOS before each plug is connected. This reset has to be performed for each plug before paring otherwise it results in an error. It took me over 1 and a half hours of troubleshooting and trawling reddit to find a solution to this issue.

The order went smoothly. Communication was great and the product was utter amazing. If I had another car to order one for I would instantly. One tip for future versions, if they can make the arm where the ball joins to shorter so less leverage on the air vents. But for this model I have driven over pot holes and rough roads and held my iPhone 12 Pro perfectly fine and safely.

To be honest I was a little concerned that this product was going to turn it to be another online gimmick. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a product that appears to be well constructed, easy to install and stable in our wifi environment.

We use our switches on things like the TVs and lamps and we’ve never had any issues with connectivity. The packaging looks professional and it arrived in the post in a respectable amount of time.

I’d have no problems in considering to buy another product from Home Kit Australia.

I bought a number of HomeKit items and did experience a delivery issue caused by AusPost. The HomeKit team took ownership of this and quickly solved it for me.
The products I have been using for a few weeks now and the quality seems to be very good. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will use them again.
