I had the subscription and twice they sent it to me and USPS stole half of the order, and when you try to call HOME Lexury they NEVER ANSWER, THEY ALSO DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS, in the end I had to cancel the card to get out of this. The product is good, but the customer service is the worst I've experienced.

SCAM company. They will take your money and never deliver the products. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over to weeks. Daily phone calls and emails, none answered.

A little bit over 2.5 yrs we bought some diffusers with scented oils from Home luxury Scent. The diffuser started to break down, and stop working. I'm May of 2023 I bought 4 diffusers, and 12 oils. June of 2024 one of the diffuser stop working, I started to wonder was going on. After researching this company,they only offer 1 yr warranty on diffuser and nothing else. Right after Thanksgiving 2 more diffusers stop working, so we decided to speak to Home luxury About what is the problem with their diffusers. We got Right before they opened, and explained the problem to the employee, and her response was "it's to early to deal with your problems ". We ask to speak to the manager, and she also brushed us off, like it was to much to handle so early in the day. So just to give a heads up cheap products with horrible, and non professional help equals loss of business.
