Ordered a ball for a Christmas present on 10 December. Now told that it’s not arriving until 8 January. I’ve sent a message but customer service is awful and they don’t respond for days. Don’t waste your money buying anything from them.

Customer from Ireland. After receiving my order this morning of three Glow-Up Colouring Pads (paid €34 each for them), I can honestly say I will NEVER shop with this company again. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone either. You think when you pay €34 for a gift that it will come in a lovely box with the toy on it. No... they came in a tiny battered brown box, no pictures on it, no instructions, just a battered brown box.. with a cheap looking acrylic rectangle thrown inside, a few markers and the most flimsiest led light. Not even a wipe to wipe away the markers from led screen. It looks like it's worth €5 and thrown together by a kid. I can't give these gifts to my three nieces on christmas morning, they look awful. We're going out tonight to buy them new christmas presents, what we should've done at the start, instead of buying this shite from this website. Never again.

I really wish I had carried out my own DD or read the Trust Pilot reviews before purchasing - no idea where my parcel is, only 1 update that it had been "shipped" ... still waiting... $$ lost & won't be seen again - should have realised it was a scam when my bank asked if I wanted to pay ....** eye roll** -
Expensive lesson learnt

Fraud. My items never arrived and despite multiple attempts, I cant speak to anyone to get a refund. This is a scam

I waited long enough for my items and when they eventually arrived one was severely damaged, the overall quality was very poor (no branding on box, cheap materials etc.) and after raising this with them I have received no response. Very disappointing.

Initially after ordering I checked the reviews and will admit to feeling panicky that I'd been scammed. But I received both Doodle art boards after about two weeks from China. They arrived safely and both work really well. They require adult supervision as they are connected to a power supply via phone charger or kindle plug. And obviously can't get wet! I had great fun testing them 😁 They are in my opinion overpriced, but they do work well. My grandchildren will certainly enjoy using them and seeing their artwork glow 😊

Very slow delivery. Product is in a plain brown bashed up box. No instructions. Very poor product. Annoyed I ordered without due diligence.

Avoid at all cost. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for an advent calendar which if it ever arrives will be past it sell by date. No customer service, tracking number useless. I’m sorry I didn’t look into the company. Learn from my mistake and don’t be fooled by clever advertising on Facebook.

Ordered 2 advent calendars for the grandchildren on 15/11/25, products didn't arrive on time, no wonder, they came from China, quality not good, customer service non-existent. I've followed instructions on their website for a refund and now my emails are being ignored

Scam. I requested to cancel my order with them but I never received an acknowledgement of this and the order was dispatched. Rip off prices and no communication.

Should have done my due diligence! Do not order from this site. No confirmation email or receipt of payment, yet funds have been taken! No contact despite reaching out. Surely, a scam!

Totally different product arrived to what was advertised and I paid for. Unable to get any satisfactory answer or refund.

I ordered 3 of the balloon brawlers last Christma, as presents, and the delivery details showed them a left on my doorstep while I was away for the weekend, as I didn't get delivery updates.. obviously not there when i got home. They would not replace the order unless i paid in full again. I didn't want to risk that much for a second time. Delivery company weren't interested either. So total loss on my part.

Well much to my disgust I ordered an item from this company without checking Trustpilot .I want to return it but am having no success .Do NOT deal with this company .

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing gifts for the grands. Boxes came bashed up, looked used and worn. After waiting weeks for response I was offered a 10% refund….no deal since I requested full refund.
Will file with the BBB.

WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WITH RETURNS AND IN THE END IT NEVER HAPPENS. THERE PRODUCTS ARE HORRIBLE AND ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bashed up packaging, weeks of waiting. Could not even consider giving as a gift . Did not even open the box as in a totally unacceptable state.
Avoid at all costs.
