Scam. Received incorrect items. Zero response on emailing them. Furious.

They do not reply, was an expensive item not adequate for purpose. Can't get refund, can't send back i thought was in uk based

Wish i had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered two My Little Masterpiece frames and what arrived is completely different design and poor quality. Contacted them for a return. Dont hold much hope given the other reviews and will follow up with my bank.

Clearly cheap knock off product was received that's nothing like the real thing on the website. Avoid avoid avoid.

False advertising. Did not send the same product as advertised. I can’t contact customer service. The product said solid wood and it’s plastic. The dimensions are off. The function is off. If you review the product on their page, it doesn’t even show up. All of the reviews are fake.Definitely do not recommend.

Poor imitation of what was advertised. Cheap pine wood instead of proper wood. Cheaper to buy from Amazon, took ages for delivery (missed Christmas) and poor packaging - clearly a cheap knock off from China. Avoid the fancy adverts on insta and FB, as well as their website.

Ordered a doodle glow when ut came its a cheap Chinese version, very disappointing. Stay clear

Item arrived after Christmas despite claiming online it would arrive by 17 December. Poor quality and nothing like the advert. Massively overpriced

Bait and switch. The frames described on the Home and Oak website are not the same as what I received. They shipped me frames that open with a hinge, no slots for display and storage, just two pieces of elastic in the back to hold additional art. Terrible design and not at all kid friendly.

Home and oak is a Chinese company. When you place an order it is placed in china and doesn’t arrive for weeks.

I would like to have given it NO stars. Avoid, do not buy from this company . Incomplete order, no istructions, item broken and no replys to Emails.

Bought children’s artwork frames. what came from china was no where near what I bought! Scam company!

As others have said, very poor packaging and no product instructions. Still waiting for a separate delivery to go with original product, ordered 27th December 2025 and said would be delivered in 10 to 15 working days, tried to contact them with email and was told if I emailed again it could put my order back further.😡😡

Terrible company, ordered a Christmas present on the 8th Dec, never arrived. The tracking updates are non-existent, and when you dare to enquire, you get a rude, threatening reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not a local company. 16 days wait to be delivered the wrong items. I don't have high hopes about it getting sorted. I will ammend this review if I receive a positive outcome.

I should have read the reviews. It’s not what you think. I ordered a product, on what I thought was a UK website. It is still in China moving from one airport to another… buy elsewhere.

there is no way to return the item -you email someone and get a automated response -they give you only 14 days to return it and you have to pay the shipping and they say that they after they inspect the item they will think about whether they’re going to give you your money back. By the time they respond and I’m able to send this back I probably won’t get my $50 back.. amd this picture frame is so cheap. Its not wood nor glass…It’s probably worth five dollars. So sad. Don’t buy from them because it’s impossible to return. They’re cheap or broken items and they’ve been marked up 100 times the cost.
