They sell absolute crap, mail you the wrong item and somehow wins when you initiate a charge back with your cc company.
AVOID! I hope they all have endless sneezing fits for the rest of their lives.

SCAMMERS. Sent the completely wrong, appalling quality cheap product. They said they decided to change my order and won’t allow a return. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I wouldn't go anywhere near this company. They appear to be totally incompetent with little regard for their customers. I have been trying to sort out an order that I placed before Christmas. They sent me the wrong product, but no amount of emails asking them to recognise their error and to send me what I ordered has made any difference. They are now ignoring everything I send them, presumably in the hope that I will give up and go away. As a customer I can't see any way of getting the product I ordered or a full refund. I am at their mercy. I can only post here in the hope of persuading others not to buy anything from this company.

I join the many of you out there that have been SCAMMED by this company.

I initially purchased the glow doodle boards and could understand that they could take longer than needed to get from door to door. But all of that time passed and now I am out of pocket £28+.

When you check any of the information with regards to tracking it is an alien company that I have never heard of before!

You also try and follow tracking and it is non-existent, telling me that I returned the parcel to them. Any time you try to follow up with any line of enquiry it takes AN AGE to get back to you.

Promising to send you a replacement item, a few days pass and you enquire again about a tracking link, NOTHING! Every time you send an enquiry form in apparently, 'it pushed your enquiry to the back of the queue'. I implore ALL AND ANY OF YOU reading this and I have not done it yet myself, make a complaint to trading standards.

We can't let them get away with this again! If I can I will add up-dates to this!

This company is a scam. I have not received my order, and it has been 8 weeks now. My order number is 95261, which I placed on 27/12/26. I sent them an email for an update on 31/1/26, but I did not get a response. Please stay away! has been 8 weeks now

They are either hopelessly incompetent or they are a bunch of crooks. My experience was the same as many of the other reviews.

Don't Buy from the site!
The item that was delivered was of very poor quality , wanted to return it , sent several emails and no reply except automated email saying 'Their elves are busy at Xmas time'. This site is still sending the same automated email 21st Feb. There is no customer care , I just regret not doing any research before making a purchase. My advise stay well away , unless you want throw away your money!

Avoid ordering from this company. Echoing other experiences, I ordered a pine frame for children's artworks and received a completely different product from the one shown on the website. Customer service is nonexistent.

Kicking myself for not checking on this company before buying. Lesson learnt. I got served up an Instagram ad for interchangeable wooden frames to display my child’s artworks. What was shown in the ad and what I received was very different. Frames were really cheap quality, veneer wood and a quick search discovered I could have bought them for a 10th of the price! Ouch!! To top it off I contacted them for a return and it took 2 months for someone to get back to me. No mention of how to return and a 20% off offer. Definitely not give them anyone more of my money and I’d advise you not to too!

I ordered the “My Little Masterpiece” photo frame to hold artwork, but received the “Forever Frame Kids” frame instead. I reached out via email to return the item or get a refund. The automated response said to wait 5 days for a response and to not send another email or it will go the bottom of the queue. It has been 26 days without a response and I do not see any other form of contact except that one email they have listed. Based on other reviews they are notorious for not responding or processing returns and refunds. I would not order from the company ever again!

Ordered an item as a Christmas gift, paid extra postage to ensure arrival well before Christmas but then received an email stating it would not arrive until 9th Jan. It arrived 30.12.25 however I was not able to give the item until 29.1.26, and when it was fully unwrapped was found to be damaged. I cannot get any response from the company regarding a refund or return. This company needs investigating as their goods are substandard and they are uncontactable as they are non responsive to emails.
I have since purchased a similar item at less than half the price with next day delivery.

Feb 26 The glow board is very cheap looking and is not worth the reduced price of £28. The lead is very short and unless you have a plug just next to you it is useless. Since mid dec I have emailed the company 4 time to instigate a return without any joy. Really disappointed.

Don’t buy anything! Bought some frames based on photos and immediately wanted to return them based on them being low quality and not as advertised! Requested a return shortly after receiving them and heard nothing but an automated email. Chased again, automated email. Chased a third time and another automated email.

Never received my item. Tried contacting the company twice but no response. This is not bad customer service this is a straight up scam.

I ordered the sink play for my son and he loved it. However, the tap stopped working after he played a few times which was a disappointment. We tried to contact the customer service and emailed a lot of times but no response as it hadn't been even a month since we received it. I wouldn't buy any toy from this company. I ended up ordering another one from a different company. I definitely don't recommend this place. We wasted our time and money.

Unbelievably appalling.

We ordered a sink play for our son and shortly after having the item (which our son loved) the motor for the pump in the tap stopped working altogether.

We have tried multiple times to email them with regards to rectifying this, and all we get in is an email about their Christmas elves being busy 🤦🏻‍♂️

They say that they are contactable 24/7 which couldn't be further from the truth. No customer service, a faulty item, and no form of care or help.

We've had to buy another version of this from another merchant who can actually deliver on terms of customer service and support with faulty or items with defects.

Home & Oak you should be ashamed of the level of customer service you offer. Please don't disguise this behind dreamy, festive verbiage like Christmas Elves or any of that, because behind all that you couldn't give a flying Rudolph about customer support or care.

Sort it out.

The product received looked nothing like what was advertised. The frames were extremely low quality and cheap and bore no resemblance to the photos or descriptions on the website.

The order arrived over two weeks after purchase, conveniently outside the return window. I contacted the company the day after delivery and received no response for 45 days. They only replied after I initiated a credit card fraud dispute.

Misleading advertising, manipulative fulfillment timing, and nonexistent customer service. Avoid.
